Fairly pointless app, would appear the devs have cobbled together a list of links to PDFs. Added to that, the app doesn't actually notify when a notification is available so it's easy to miss important notifications. What's the point of that? The UI is a few major versions of Android in the past, looks like something made for Android in 2009. Suggest the devs have a look at Material Design guidelines and Google Cloud Messaging.

+ It started notifying without any settings changes, which is good. - Hitting the back button when reading notifications closes the App. - Fairly ugly UI, could do with a spruce up and some Material Design love.
