What kind of developer limits login to one device for a school app dealing with children who generally must have 2 adults to create and care for them

Possibly the worst payment app out there - that's some achievement​!

It was working fine but now the timetable function doesn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Can no longer log in.

Yet another update not working! Today's update is the same as yesterday.. Making my phone laggy and saying "sorry app has closed" please fix as this is my only way of loading money onto my children's lunch card and paying for other items used at school. This is an important app which needs to be working. Thanks

Great, phone has been totally stable until last night. App updated and now has totally broken my phone. No other updates ran, just this - said School Gateway has stopped and then rebooted. Now just reboots. Nexus 6P now a brick. Cheers.

Done update and it won't start up now saying it has stopped working. Un-installed it yesterday and re-installed it worked fine till did update again. Sort it out please.

So I followed your instructions.... didn't work... uninstalled and re-installed, it worked until it automatically updated again still not working, still rubbish

Not working!!! I need to contact school about an issue with my child and also add funds to my child's account for food but I can't. The app has been the same since the update!

App wouldn't open after the latest update! Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.

Good app! Update problems are resolved quickly.

Really poor app, doesn't support government pay options like tax free payments.

The new update only allows me to link it to one school....I had it linked to two separate schools before the update - there's no option anywhere to add another school now

Its not updating the info anymore as it used to..been 3 weeks since the kids details updated... Used to be good before update

Quick response to issue. Now seems to be working.

Needs to let both parents be logged in at once (on separate phones) as you have to keep entering your password.

New update has killed the app. Why doesn't anybody test these things before going live. Basic IT project management. Unprofessional

It worked ok but just updated and now I won't load up and I get told it keeps stopping. Sort it out as was ok before update. I have just uninstalled it then downloaded it again and it works.
