Wiser Air

Everything works ok. The eco is annoying. Can you please make it compatible with Google home. Also it would be nice to have an option to keep the halo lights on steady while the system is running. I like The backlighting bit the fading in and out is a bit annoying.

I'm not going to write a book about the issues with the app and the thermostat, I'm just going to say it is one of the worst products I've ever bought. After 5 months of aggravation, I finally tore the thing off the wall and bought a different brand. Just thought I'd let you know as a courtesy while I'm here to uninstall the app.

Pretty good but could be better, no problem with the unit so far I've had it 4 months without any issues. I would like to see better graphics but it gets the job done just not pretty.

I like the app in general, but every couple of days now ( just recently) it makes me input my sign-in information all over again. Really annoying.

Does not properly allow you to enter information to use the app. Only allows you to skip. But mentions an error occurs.

Not bad, Moto z force. Can't change Eco iq temp on phone. Would like a better graph. Maybe savings earned, and a little more control over fan circulation, maybe 10 minutes every half hour.

Schedule change with change of temp example from sleep to away it's horrible

Would like more reports. Other than that, it does what it needs to do.

Asks for name, email, address so I have privacy concerns, I.e. why does a thermostat app need to know all this? Can't get past adding my address, says something doesn't work... Hitting skip does not skip. Silly app!

After using the app for several months, and writing emails to their support, they still haven't fixed the app. Can't even do something simple like change your set points. Terrible app development.

Major Design Flaw: On multiple occasions I have lost the ability to control my Wiser thermostat from my phone or from the internet page. I accidentally discovered a solution. More out of frustration than any help I received from Schneider Electric. I pulled the control panel from the wall. Apparently this causes a shutdown and cold restart. I’d rather watch Star Trek than live it.

The app prevents some operations on my phone, due to screen size and scaling. I cannot scroll to the bottom of the EcoIQ screen to apply a change. Hope to see a fix soon.

Does not load on a Google Nexus 7 tablet running Android 5.01.

Can't set anything. Proved to be completely useless after gethering all my info.

It can't set any ready modes at all, which makes it pretty useless. It also doesn't stay in whatever temperature units I set (I want Celsius, it switches back and forth and is really frustrating)

Signs me out constantly with no rhyme or reason. Have a Wi-Fi modem, that's active 24/7, connected to a DSL line. Will not allow me to sign back in. "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." The whole purpose of buying this was to be able to control it from my cell phone. If I have to turn on my computer to control it, IT'S USELESS FOR MY NEEDS. Emails to support are returned as undeliverable.

Super convenient

Good app, but I would like to have more option and control. Like having more then 3 temperature setting, I like to wake up in a hotter home then when I come home from work! The report show °f even in °c mode. No option to autodetect I'm home on motion sensor or cell phone presence. No way to configure the halo light color. No way to zoom in or out of the report. Still pretty good dough!

Does what it is supposed to do.
