Schedulista Online Scheduling

The app seems to be something I would really like to use but I can't get my clients from my contacts already in my phone. I have to put them on my computer and make it into a certain type of file and then upload it on the website... yeah I have no idea how to do this so it would be nice if it was more user friendly.

I think this app works great for its cost. I have had clients comment on it which is always good to hear. Customer service is really helpful, too. The only thing is sometimes it freezes starting it up on the app. But the program itself is great

Last updated in 2015 -- and it shows. It has always been glitchy. It does NOT sync well with Google calendar. I get constant interrupting reminders that I'm making unauthorized changes in my Google calendar (I'm not). It does not always send out SMS which has resulted in missed appts, since clients came to rely on reminders. Tech support is not worth the effort it typing an email. In the end, my clients don't use it any more, they just text me they're changes, which defeats the purpose of a service I pay monthly for. Looking for a replacement.

Usually this app reflects online client bookings immedietly, but just this day this has NOT OCCURED. This is no good and would be good to have resolved ASAP.

I've used this in my barber shop for years now. Hands down the best subscription scheduling company, for this price! All of the shop's counts love it, and all new clients comment about its ease.

Love the app, but can you please get a search option for names. I have over 5000 clients in my data base, and it's really time consuming to try and find someone when I have 50 Matt's and 50 Michael's.

$19.00 a month. They should say that, instead of saying it's free. Sure u get a week or so free.

I absolutely love it and couldn't function without it.

I like this app. However yall need to make it easier to share with social network. I had to go my email each time to get link. It would not appear whem typing address in browser.

Great program. Getting better all of the time. Have seen reviews for lazy slow app. Disagree!! Also seen reviews for poor customer service, not true!!!! I have had this program in our salon for about 3yrs now. Fantastic customer sevice!!!!!!

Really do love this app/program. ...but needs a good update. Really needs a search option under clients so you don't have to scroll through all the clients. Even when you can select a specific letter it can still take forever. Please update soon

This app is just for scheduling. It syncs with my Google calendar, easy to use from phone. Easy fpr stylist and clients. More options when using a desktop . I wish it had the option to keep clients addresses (not just email) as well as a "cash register" to keep track of daily, weekly sales. There are other apps for about $10 more a month with those options. This is a great app but with out the extras a busy booth renter or owner needs I can't see staying with this one....

Trying to edit and it's takes a long time for page to open for an item,please fix using my mobile phone to edit my services on my page, very annoying

Its o.k., not bad. Would prefer a monthly view with easier option to block out dates and specific times for personal use.

Great customer service

...freezing when tapping "Save", happens on multiple devices. Other than that, intuitive, and has been a lifesaver every single day I use it!

How do I edit my services?

I was very disappointed to find out 28 days into my subscription that I needed to provide credit card information to continue to be a subscriber. This states on details of the app that it is a free app. Great service just not willing to pay 20+ a month when I can combine a couple other applications that are actually free and does the same thing.

The service is amazing but this app is hideous and lazy. Leave iOS's terrible design on that platform and give this some material design. It's slow, buggy, cumbersome, and looks 10 years old.

There is no menu for customer support. Once they get you to SUBSCRIBE, you CAN'T CANCEL..

It works really well for what I needed most. The only other thing I would need to give 5 stars is a print option. I would like to print my calendar for the week as well as print a list of my clients.

Works for what I need it to but is a little glitchy...would really like an update

Only 4 stars for the app only because I live in the UK and our date format isn't supported when booking new appointments. Can be confusing at times. Like the simplicity of the app, brilliant for checking my own and other staffs bookings and making them too. 5 stars for the website and the customer service! Integration into my website was smooth and it looks professional. Overall a very clean and simple interface from a users and clients perspective.

I like this app. I would have gave five star but you should be able to edit or add services and I don't see the option to do that please fix it

The app is great for adding and viewing appointments on the go. It synchs perfectly well with the google calendar and I like it's ease of use. This is a must have componant to the schedulista system, bravo on creating an amazing system!!

I really love this app. It has helped immensely with my business. It has cut down playing phone-tag with potential clients to almost nothing. I leave a vm telling them they can schedule directly online through my website & I rarely have to talk to them before their first appointment. The reminders are a huge help & my loyal clients love them. So much easier than calling everyone of them myself the day before. What a time saver! 5* if not for a few glitches that need fixing in the system itself.

In my eyes a successful app is free, until you need more options. It should be a fully functional app without advanced options! When someone takes the time to use your app they should at least have access to what they initially downloaded the app for!!!!!!!!! Wtf total waste of a great idea . I would have bought any advanced features past making an appointment book.

Just a few issues though.. 1. I need to be able to store contacts from my phone without having to type everything in to make an appointment, also I need to be able to send the link to clients so they can check my availability as well as make an appointment. If it does these things already than I need to know how to make it happen? ??

Schedulista is a great scheduling service, and very affordable. The mobile app is okay, its a helpful way to see appointments real quick on your phone, but not the most comfortable to look at/use.

Like it and would like to be able to search clients by phone # and have customized automated messaging and birthday greetings. Other than that it's been reliable with automated reminders etc.
