My SCE for Android
Billion dollar company at the cutting edge of technology and they can't get a simple app to work correctly. SCE please hire real programmers to get this thing working!! This is so ridiculous!!
My account within the APP does not work. Just keeps saying that my account is not ready for me yet? What's up with that? Works on my home PC just fine......fix it Edison...
I like how I can see my usage in real-time. However, the app has a noticeable delay, which is okay. My biggest quip is that I have to log in each time.
App is useless. It is a shortcut for the mobile site and doesn't remember your password. Don't waste your time.

I'm glad Edison finally released an app, thank you. I'm getting a glitch though. When I log in, it prompts me for my username and password. Then, it says I was supposed to type my email (not my username) ...please fix its confusing
This app is worthless. I have been getting "not ready for you" errors for over a year. You would think for how much Edison gouges pocket books it could afford to create an app quickly that works. Total waste.
Well for one thing I hate SCE and their dirty business practices. Secondly, the app sucks! It takes forever to log in because the app doesn't remember anything and when you finally do, be prepared to wait like dialup when you push something say "My usage" for instance. A company that doesnt care about their customers or their app. Classless!
The app is really just hitting a mobile friendly web site, but it's slow and doesn't have a busy spinner like a web browser so it looks like it isn't responding. Speeding up the web server and adding a busy spinner would make this far more acceptable.
Probably the worst app I've ever used. Crashes every time I open it. iPhone version works fine, on exact same cellular network. The Android version is total trash.
Good concept. But riddled with bugs and poor UI design. The app is the only place to view hourly usage and it has serious rendering bugs. At least allow users to download hourly data from website.
How in the world can you have an app still in the Play Store that was last updated in 12/14 with so many bad reviews? Back in 2014 Kit Kat was in use, then Lollipop and now Marshmallow. And no updates? It's no wonder newer phones are having issues. Newsflash: apps are supposed to make life better, not make you want to pull your hair out. Pull this embarrassment and put up a real app that is ready for "use".
This app sucks just as much as they do! I absolutely hate this company and how they treat their customers. I'm not surprised that this app doesn't work because SCE is horrible! Uninstalling immediately!!
You can barely make it past the loading screen and nothing works already. Don't waste your time
There's no option to save login. Therefore, u must type ur email each time (use this daily). Once logged in its slow to navigate. Beside that.. Everything else is great.
Among the worst out there! Come on SCE having a decent App is a basic requirement of servicing a customer in 2016.
Same problems as everyone else. Keep hitting my account and nothing happens. Can't be that difficult to fix. They must not even care that it's crap.
After accepting the agreement none of the app's buttons work. Same reason I uninstalled it before. I guess Edison doesn't update this app or keep my power on consistently. Sad panda face. Galaxy s4.
No idea what's up with the bad comments. I logged in with my socaledison web login, and 10 seconds I have all my usage, bills, etc.
It runs slow, but it seems to work well. I was able to see my electric bill and daily usage. That's enough for me.

PRIOR REVIEW: I've upped My SCE's rating 1 star since the last time I reviewed it. This time, I was actually able to pay my bill and log out. But there is NO WAY TO CLOSE THE APP, other than to FORCE STOP; and it still CANNOT BE MOVED TO THE SD CARD. It looks to me like SCE's developers don't read their reviews nor pay attention to app ratings. My SCE should've been much further along by now. Instead, it's slow and disappointing. And the UI DESIGN IS OUTDATED. - Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 4.1.2
Glad that I can finally see usage data in the app. It's still rough around the edges but is a lot more useful than previous versions, and definitely more useful than the sce web site which requires Adobe flash.
One of the truly useless apps on here. Forget about the flawed authentication caching, the main function of it, My Account, states "it is not ready yet"!
I contacted their IT department and was told that since I switched to solar the app will not work for me. No logic to their thinking. Now I understand the one star ratings.

After installing and logging in just says " mobile account not ready, we are making enhancements ". Well why put out an app before you have" enhanced " your system enough to use it. STUPID
Takes forever to get the sign on screen and once you put in your info, it once again takes FOREVER. App needs to be faster.
Sad to say,I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but the app simply took me to the main menu and as I pressed the 'my account' button it didn't do anything.

I seriously cannot understand why such a big company cannot implement a good application. They already have the data, so how hard is it to put an application that just reads back that data. Shame Shame!
What's the point of pushing an app that doesn't allow me to use it? It says mobile account service is not ready but we are working.....blah blah blah. Don't advertise it on the website if it doesn't even work
Say it's "not ready for you yet", no mobile compatible Web site either. All I wanted to do was pay my bill, you would think they would like to be paid, thanks for nothing.

This app is great. Only thing I would like to see change is being able to stay log in. Every time the app is close I have to log back in... great for glaxay s5
This app locks up, takes FOREVER to view anything on your account. I will never get that 15mins of my life back. Thanks SCE! Seems you develope app's like you take care of your nuclear power plants! Ohhhhh snap!

SCE's twits tweeted that they're "phasing out" this POS. REALLY? How about making an app that works? God knows, SCE overcharges & steals enough to afford competent developers. (Where's the PUC?) THIS APP STINKS! I pay my bill, receive a confirmation number & it says my payment cannot be accepted. Then, it doesn't update my balance but the funds are taken from my bank! And THE APP DOESN'T CLOSE. Even after I log out, which never works, it MUST BE FORCE STOPPED. This app is completely on par with SCE's LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Awful company, equally awful app.
