No ads but no camera scan. You have to scan your own document with your own talents of picture taking. Then load the image. No built in language's you have to download it in the app. Even English. The app install is about 35.5 megs on my Note 5 on Nougat. Then toss in the language plugin. Decoding was nothing to write home about. Fair & partial at it's best even with good document image. Much better OCR's available. Even totally free ones with no ads. Didn't crash with me but just was not as fine tuned as it could be. 1 star app in my opinion because of usability and options. Degraded also by app size verses functions. Was greatly disappointed. Deleted..

It simply hangs any time I try to use it. So frustrating. I was actually planning to use it to prepare my exams but I guess I have to look for a different application now.

Results were not acceptable even though the image used was crystal clear. Software footprint was significant too.
