About HotelApp
HotelApp is application to help you manage your little hostel or small hotel. It helps you to manage guests check-in, check-out, payment and clean-up room. Your staff (be it yourself or family member) can use a single device to manage the premises while you can monitor the real time progress of your premises online (through web browser).
HotelApp supports multiple users in a single device to manage a single hostel or small hotel. We limit the maximum floor (10 floors) you can have in hostel or small hotel and maximum room you can have in a floor (20 rooms). You can set how many rooms you want to have in a floor and how many floor you want to manage. There are maximum 4 type of rooms (Superior, Deluxe, Suite, and Family) and you can disable or enable which room type you prefer to have. The room pricing is depend on the room type.
The work flow is guest check into a room (one out of four room types) and once that room number is occupied, no other guest can check-in to that same room number. Guest can only check-out on the appointed date. If guest check-out earlier, you need to edit the number of nights in the room number that guest stays in. Payment will be available once guest check-in. Guest can partially pay their room or completely pay everything up front. Once guest check-out, the room is not available for use until it is clean-up.
HotelApp is free to use for a single device (can have one or more users). If you want to do collaboration between more than 1 device, you will need to subscribe into our yearly service (the rate we will determine later). You can have more than 1 device to manage your hostel or small hotel at once.
