Any Samsung phone later than the Galaxy S4 is unable to add multiple devices (or I still haven't been able to figure it out). If I truly am unable to add multiple DVRs, then please change this ASAP.

As noted by others, Android ap is inferior. You can only display 4 cameras and it's clunky. The iPhone ap is much better.

Why can't I have more than 1 DVR on this app with the note 5? Please fix this asap. How do I get an old version of this app?

This app on Andriod is a joke, you can only add one dvr, and can see 4 cameras at a time. Please fix it.

Unsure of latest update but will test it soon. Last version worked well if network was configured appropriately. If I had one request, it would be adding multiple IP devices on Android tablets. I cannot add more than one DVR on my tablet and there is no menu to do so like on my phone. I would also like to see video capture and not just snapshot.

It took me a while to figure out how to add more DVRs, since my note doesn't have a menu button anymore. (Hold the open apps button to bring up a menu to add). Can only view 4 cameras from a single DVR at a time, but that's okay. Would like to be able to swipe amongst open cameras, but that's minor. When I use it, it simply works as I expect.

I really liked being able to swipe cameras. What happen. Pls fix and give it back. Swiping 10 cameras was a lot easier. Anyway I can download that update again?

New phone Galx 5 upload this app and can't connect.

What is changing in these updates??? Post a change log in the play store.

The last version was easy and intuitive. The new version is clunky. Last version I could simply flip from one camera to another, now I have to go back and forth picking here and there

I loved swiping between cameras! Why did you release it and then take it away so quickly?

I had several phones in past 1 year galaxy s3 and galaxy s4 active and nexus 5 and now I have LG g3 every time I download the app it said go in setting and make it compatiople I need check my cameras but I can't for some stupid reason

You have to go back and click only 4 cams at a time.

HATE HATE HATE the new update! Really hard to stay on one camera view especially after enlarging it! Much better when I had the choice of which camera to view according to my need.

Never had any issues loaded on multiple phones (androids )always worked .

Like the app a lot. Wish it would allow me to view more than 4 cameras at a time like the iPhone app.

We use this for our business and it's always been exactly great. Always works and does what it advertises. I recently changed to the S5 and had trouble adding additional locations, the support team responded to my cry for help within minutes and fixed my user error related problems.

Why does it not work with 4G????Works well on Wi-Fi.. Can a company rep let me know if the faster 4G is supported ....Or if a patch is needed...

I cannot get this to work on my note 3...wifi, 3g, 4g, local, remote, nothing....worked fine on my s3 and my old s1

Absolutely love this app. However I have multiple stores I watch over and would love to save the 4 cameras selections best for each store instead of trying to remember and having to guess until I find the right 4 for each store. It would be great if it just saved my last camera selections for each store. Will definitely 5 star if this happens

Got to work over regular wifi. Will not connect with 4G on Verizon note 3 phone. Help
