The app is buggy and broken. I can't even use it anymore. It literally started doing random unrelated things when I tap links and buttons. It forgot my address and won't let me fix it. But the very worst thing is the way they don't tell you there are no drivers until you try to check out. Also, hey, they run out of drivers all the time. And I just have to guess that this nonsense is the reason nobody in town partners with the infinitely superior EAT24?

I do not own a vehicle. I walk with a cane. I don't see well in the dark. This is cheaper than taking a cab. So convenient for the handicapped. I order delivery 2 or 3 times a week. I'm so glad to have a bigger choice. Tonight I ordered Chicken Ranch.

While the full website itself is also bad about clarity of what's open, delivery minimums, and delivery costs, the app simply doesn't have this information prior to ordering. Since that's 99% of the use of such an app, I don't know what purpose this one intends to serve

I love this company and this app makes it really easy for me to enter my orders on the go. No waiting in lines for takeout, just order and pick it up, or get delivery from home. Super easy! App functionality is nice and easy to use too.

After my first time ordering, getting my food hours after I ordered, and the food being totally cold and basically inedible, I deleted the app. Today I am really really sick and can't walk more than 15 feet, so I redownloaded the app, hoping my first time was just an unfortunate and rare experience. Unfortunately, it was worse than the first time. 30 minutes after the order was places a driver accepted the request, then canceled 40 minutes later, now another driver accepted. Still waiting 2 hours later.
