BHIM SBI Pay for Android
Tell me how to recover previous UPI during changing phones. I have lost my UPI when I changed my phone. What we will do when we change our phones. There must need login and logout option rather creating plenty of UPIs everytime. Make it less burdon to customers for maximum reach. Thanks.
It's ok but not satisfactory because too much disappointed with it's interface. First of all I loved it but when face the problem what is actually missing. Let it know clearly I added an Account number with it's IFSC to contant but when tried to pay with Account number there is no way to choose from contact it ask again to add Account number and IFSC Code which irritate me a lot too. I'm too much disappointed with this.
Very convenient way of transacting between multiple accounts and instantly and without any transacting costs. Transfers take place fast. All in all a good app. However setting UPI pin for my default account wasn't easy and took me 7 attempts had almost given up on using the app and hence 4 stars otherwise would have been 5 stars.
Now I know why the app doesn't work. You guys really don't know how to code. After sending email to support, the guy asks me IMEI and sim no. I mean who does that. Why do you need it. Regular BHIM app works fine for the same account. And yet your dumb SBI pay app doesn't work. I've been using SBI pay from day one hoping that they will fix the issues. But if you hire imbeciles to write code , even after 10 years the app will be the same. Hope the QA team at SBI is shutdown
bad response .. i lost my old transaction history. how can i login with my old upi ? whenever i change my sim or again insert it deregistred my account and ask me to create again but before it check my sim is in handset or not but new update always ask me to register again if i put off and again insert the sim.
Worst experience ever. Transferred rs 10,000 to hdfc beneficiary, amount got debited from my account but it is not credited to beneficiary account. My bank says contact HDFC, hdfc says contact beneficiary, beneficiary says contact your own bank. SBI says upi based transaction support is not provided by them. Since 21nov am struggling. I have dropped multiple mails no proper support.
Bad experience!!! It shows msg when I register with State bank account. The msg is "No account exist with this mobile number." But my mobile number is registered in SBI. I also check in netbanking, my number showing for receiving OTP or SMS. I also drop mail on customer care and also talk with them. But problem is not solved. Please help me.
Can't login in my account after MNP.... After switching from BSNL to Jio this app consider me as new user and get me through the registration process also I can't even use my old UPI address as it shows already taken... Worst then BHIM app
really very very poor app i have lost my 12 rupees in registration and every time the app saying that unable to fetch your mobile number for registration infact i have set my default bank registerd mobile no. in default sim 1... worst app ever
Good app for payment. Today I was paid to IRCTC without known my bank account/debit details etc. One small suggestion it takes more time to make transaction pls solve this problem as soon as possible. Pls link this app to SBI rewards so we get reward points????
i have changed my sim which is linked with sbi into sim 1 to sim 2... now the app says to enter existing mobile number and security ans... i have fill the both parth with perfect answers... but it always says your old mobile is not correct... and everytime when i try to log in... it cuts 1.5 rs... damn... had the worst experience.... please fix this...
It has sent a sms to verify my mobile but unable to fetch any info. Worst app. Only my Balance get deducted because of this registration process
Update has broken functionality of removing bank account. It always says Unfortunately app has stopped working. Very pathetic that developers didn't do basic error handling. Unexpected from one of the top banks of India
It is not very good app. SBI should also make it more efficient and easy to work. Firstly it does not verify my Mobile no but in many attempts it do and then it has to be link with bank account, when I add my bank account i.e SBI it does not verify it and my request is timed out. Again I have to link with my mobile number when I open it but the problem proceeds then it show me some errors. It is very slow app also. The app BHIM is very good app compared to this one.
Very bad and poor connectivity , Every time scan and not login .not request to OTP and more time take after show (not fetching data to ur mobile number) . Bugg and fix it. Immediately
Highly inconvenient. Please merge it with SBI anywhere app. HDFC bank for eg, has an all in one application. That would be convenient for users. I can't set MPIN and do transaction as mastero cards are not recognized.
Good performance with SBI bank accounts. If you add other banks accounts to this app , can't get the balance details. Its always shows unable to fetch the details or incorrect UPI pin .
Love the looks & everything but I am facing one problem in my account section when I remove my account other than default. Message appear on screen "unfortunately BHIM SBI stopped" & Whole application has been crashed and restart.
Worst app to access. It is very slow to run. Do not install it as it is very confusing and time taking. It ask 6digit password instead of 4. Just say how many password will one remember.
Very bad experience.. yesterday I transferred money through this app but its showing that transaction failed . .but money got deducted from my account. And money has not credited to receiver's account ..still I haven't got my money back
The app itself is feature-rich provided that all its features work properly. 1. Most of the time its servers remain down, Due to which the transaction takes more time and session gets timeout. 2. The app takes a very long time to take us to the login screen. 3. Accessibility for screen readers on this app is also not that great. Screen readers are not able to read many of the Objects, Edit boxes and Buttons available on this app. This is a weakness of app development. I hope SBI will pay attention to this side and try to improve it service.
Other UPI apps specially Axis or PhonePe works far better than SBI pay. Any consequitive transfer attempt gets failed and only done after some hours of cooling period.
I made a transaction on 7 November transaction successful but amount is not credit my account. And nothing done by sbi. Whenever it is done on 14 November my ticket Id 36262 anything did not do by upi
Utter Worst application.... I lost my rs10000/- when i make a upi transaction on 4th November 2017 by using this app. I contacted all help line services provided by sbi...but no response from their.... everyone says they can't forward or take needful action on upi problems.... Dear users please uninstall this application for you better wealth.
useless... shud learn from phone pe app !!! make a bettr platform so tht we don't migrate to third party apps like phone pe
I used this app for some time then re-installed this app... Now this app says cant detect my number...tried more than 10 times...*edit* After recent updates app is awesome.. and good UI
Worst app in the BHIM app series. Cant take screenshot of payment made. every 4 out if 5 payments are failed. Will not suggest to use this app. The original BHIM app isvery handy and user friendly.
Error: "... your device and mobile number is registered with multiple VPA. Please mail us." Where is the mail ID? There supposed to be an easy way to register on new device using mobile number.
Only this SBI app is ok. Transfer is very quick. But one of the most part is Some of SBI new rule is no good. Example. End of month transaction wise cutting ???? Anather way overall is very good.
90% of the time app reflects as "Communication error - we couldn't communicate with server at this point" what's the use of application when you don't won't us to use it. Secondly the secondary A/C is neither getting deleted nor its showing account balance then what's the use of adding such features if it's not working. Totally waste application, I guess I have to delete the application atleast it will save some memory space.
Easy to use.... I like to say thanks to BHIM SBI Pay... As my transaction goes wrong and as per customer service said within 3days my money refunded to my account... Thanks...

My every transaction has been failed repeatedly in this app due to involvement google own employee or developer in hacking my phone network. What are u doing? You cant stop a google own employee or developer from hacking my jio network.
The app was wonderful before but from past week i have been facing an issue. The app does not load at all. Takes around 5 minutes to open, 5 minutes to login and is not able to show my account balance. Please fix this as soon as possible.
I am not able to add accounts, the mobile number showing in my profile is wrong. I am not able to change it to the exact number. Asking to reregister the UPI.
I am unable to add Beneficiary details for non SBI accounts using IFSC and account no details. I get error stating "Please select valid account number"
Change of mobile handset did not work for the same user ID. Kindly upgrade the app. I am unable to use my old ID.

It's not fetch my account details through my sim card when i change my device.... it's not working in my in phone..,.. I was tried alot...but it was always fails....update it please.....i can't use my account by my new phone.,.

I had forgot the secret answer, while entering the answer on the registration page I mistyped it, and now I am not able to create app password, also there is no option to change the secret question or to re register. I tried reinstalling the app in that too page opens for creating app password which requires secret answer. I had mailed the query to you but there had been no reply from your end. Please Look into and please reply. Update: Thanks for Resolving this issue... And I am loving this app after this update... UI is awesome..and user friendly. Thanks and Kudos to developers.
