Lot of problems to log in.. If logged in only white screen is displayed. Plz give me the proper solution for the same.

Worst app. It doesn't even show what stocks we purchased and their current value and it is not user friendly

I have bad experience with sbismart. Need to work on various sectors .Most of time order placed vanishes. Very bad app

What is wrong with this app ? Unable to see stocks I'm holding. Rates are not streaming instantly. What exactly is the use of this app ?

Bad experience, too slow ,in new version portfolio holding option not available, its too bad. Pls try to update some extra feature and again add portfolio holding option , so that we can see own portfolio any time.

Frequently signout. Once we minimize this app or lock the phone automatically signout. Not at all suitable for F&Os delay feed almost 1 minute. That time it Self sufficient to get out of market.

Initially didn't work on Nougat. Not getting quotes, can't place orders etc. Tried on 2 different phones with Nougat - didn't work. Solved by clearing cache & restarting phone.

portfolio holdings not there..hw much time u ppl will take to update it??App needs lots of improvement but not at the cost of inconvenience to customer by incurring losses. Fix the problem at the earliest.

Loging issue bht Krta hai...order timing issue...trade timing issue 5-15 delay hota kbhi kbhi...position lgi rehti hai order hi nh lgte time delay Ki wjah se.....

Very Very Very extra ordinary Slow... highly irritating. ... interface not user friendly. .. consider convenience with safety while upgrading your app

If we use this app on 1.GBPS then also it work worst.shame on u sbi learn from small brokerage house like motilal and sharekhan.most third class and worst app on play store. Shame on u SBI(India largest bank)

Still My portfolio is not updating from the last one week days... Kindly check this on priority as I'm not able to check my exact positions

Very very slow app make it fast ani quick updating many people kiss money plzzz update it ani make it a professional app This app is not good for trading please do it faster it is not showing trading rates properly

Very slow apps.Takes 1 or 2 minutes to open the watchlist.Can not trade faster.Very risky for trading by using this mobile apps.

Why removed capital gain part? Its very difficult to sell stocks without that, show some fast moves @Developers

Sbicap has provided worst app ! No graph, No portfolio view, useless app works only in buying & selling :(

It crashes most of the time also it doesn't show prices of stocks I am not able to buy sell shares I have having worst experience with this app Bracket trading must be implemented and develop for users so they would not lose their hard earned money

Bad experience using this app, its too slow through wifi or 4G while login. so many are commenting there bad experiences but its still repeating, i think leaving this comment also waste of time

Worst app ever. Repeatedly telling them it's not working and no update or solution. The screen goes blank white on logging in. Hate you sbi capital. I did my worst job having u as my stock broker.

Can not input stock name in "order entry". No real ledger balance and available cash after trade. Why can not make simpler user interface and option as available in icici direct, indiabulls app.

Most time it crashes.specially in last 30 minutes it doesn't work properly.there should be stop loss in the application.

App stability has been improved. It would be great if you add mutual fund buy/sell option and conversation of intraday/delivery in equity.

App is nice. I am using this app since last year. Only one point is 'VIEW' are not appearing now. So team please once again give details in appVIEW -Bye Hold Sell its very useful.

Not great app from great Bank of India. Slow in loading,not showing portfolio since 1 month.

Can't look at my portfolio. Whenever select portfolio in back office it asks for password and cleint code and the after entering or it shows error.

Worst trading app..not at all user friendly.cant access portfolio,cant use dp lien.. what has happened to sbi man?

Great experience so far with SBISmart app. I've been using this app since last 1 yr with great success. Please add 2 features like Bracket Order & Bracket + Trailing Stop-Loss (automatic) for better trading experience. The log-out session should be extended for atleast few hours for convinience. And the app should not crash when mkt crash. All in all a fantastic app for professional trading. Thanks SBISmart.

Nothing works in this app other than logging in! All stocks value is shown as 0. All other attributes are shown as "NULL". Developer didn't reply to emails sent to ask if can suggest a work around. All my portfolio, watchlist everything is shown as NULL. Any stock you search..It's value is 0. No details of the ltp or absolutely anything. Everything is either 0 or NULL. Completely didn't serve any purpose. A trading app that doesn't do anything. I am using moto z play running latest stock android nougat from the manufacturer.

Any regular trader before starting trade checks his portfolio , investments, gains and losses and decides his strategy. Sbi smart and even web also missing this important sector .We can get market analysis ,heat maps candle sticks any where from web but not our portfolio analysis. Hope u will improve put all holdings MF,equ, com F&O in the first page .Hope u won't ask me to contact innocent costumer care explaining all this

very slow and irritating.. even on a WiFi connection it crashes a lot.. shuts down on its on.. doesn't refresh dynamically many times.. because of the slow operations I have lost money also.. I have stopped using it... it's a loss making machine.. it needs to be improved a lot, as soon as possible..please make the app faster and smoother.. one of the biggest brokerage firms but with the worst software...I am shifting to kite...it's million times better to sbismart.. Shift to Zerodha..First thing to do on returning to India.. SBICAP is not ready to improve its software nor the app..

Cannot see my mutual funds redemption amount... Neither in bank account nor in demat account. Long way to go to meet the standards set by icicidirect of ICICI bank.. I request SBI guys to just go through it and themselves decide how user friendly and quick that app is.

Too much bad experience.. 99days out of 100 you cant place order, sell and the price also not reflected, SBI only popular for high brokerage. They not bother about their customer.. for me I will gave them 0 rating.. dont go for it

Please help me to view my average cost and gain n loss on each stock which was available on earlier version under portfolio holding. And also please add a feature to directly sell from holding...

This app doesn't show prices of shares. Login is successful but after that the dashboard doesn't refresh. Already sent a mail to helpline but they keep asking if their is error in login. Pathetic service

Dear SBI Smart, I am facing few issues like 1.I am not able to see the any messages and views information for intraday trading tips in the app. Like I am able to see on the desktop. Please resolve it earliest. 2. The app is not saving the login credentials as it is logging out frequently. So it is very inconvenient.

hey atleast plz stop the app frm logging out every 10-15 mins... i dnt understand wot safety feature is tat...which no otger trading app is havn... wot safety does it offer? pls do smthng on tat...iys quiet irritating to keep logging in... thnk u

A very pathetic app. Even the Zero Brokerage houses offer better app at a fraction of SBI Caps! I suggest some of the people in SBI Caps start using the app so they can realise how poor it functions

Unable to login at the end of market, he, hence unable to cover trade, today market crashing.... App not working, ended in loss!!!!! Does not work when needed most, lost money due to non working of app!!!!
