I would like to draw attention on a certain bug... My wife's name contains​ two surname...one her father's and another one is mine...but while availing a insurance registration facility from this app it restricted us to use only one surname.....entering two surname generated an error and the registration failed

Don't use this application whatever you are doing it is chargeable I think flat 3rs-5rs/ click. And also for one click it will nt come u need to press 4/5 click later all the messages will come and it will change. So better stay away from this app.

One more useless app by sbi. All the apps of sbi are useless. No app works fine. The msg goes and balance gets cut from the sim but the message do not arrive from their side. Rip for your efforts

Plz update this app that we can choose mobile no during sending sms as it available for making calls. Suppose your bank account is linked with sim1 and you are using net with sim2, then while checking for blns sms automatically send by sim2 and as ur sim1 is registered, Feedback sms from bank shows your account is not registered with the mobile no. That is pathetic! Otherwise app is good, plz work on the above issue that we use internet irrespective of the no(sim)that attached with bank. Thank you.

I have been trying to block my Atm card since morning and it keeps deducting my balance saying do it with your registered no. Again and again, I am doing it from my registered no. Infact even tried re registering but nothing happend,the customer care no. Also never works! Wtf and on top of that I got a messg that somebody was trying to withdraw money from my account using my lost card!

Earlier everything was better. But as I switch between my 2 accounts. Now it says invalid keyword to every keyword... I texted as "HELP" but all in vain. Admin please reply because my ATM channel is changed and I cannot use my ATM card while using card in ATM machine...

Sbi bank app has problem with Cyanogen mode and Lineage Android os. In then this app shows message that device is rooted even when it is not rooted. Kindly update it for these android types.

No option to select the sim for message in dual sim mobile. This problem is seen to be reported by many users, but none seems to be answered. This shows poor customer response.

Is it a joke or a prank?The joke that India's largest bank is playing with Indian customers. In the history of mobile banking, this is the most absurd and childish app one can ever come across? True to the sarkari spirit of a sarkari bank!

1st send reg a/c no to given no. it will send reg complete. And plz dont send sms otherwise it will rip u off, instead call form ur registerd no. and plz prefix 0 before d number

It's worst app Without asking for sending massage deducted SMS charge N tell me your no. Is not registered. By this same no. I have been using net banking n mobile banking since 2 years. How can do this This worst app

This app does not work...it has bad user interface. The no. to which we call are shown as spam on truecaller

Worst...For the account balance and for mini statement they charged for the sms, but there is no sms or nothing. After Making so many rules they are stealing our money.

Another useless app , there is no option for customer to put query .... customer care service even is more worse . I recommend not to even open account or buy credit card from this bank. Infact opt for private bank and get good service.

Such a Bad App... To register I entered my mobile no n this non sense app rplies me tht u have entered invalid account number... Bullshit app

By default it is taking sim1 number as registered in bank. But my number registered with bank is in sim slot no.2. but there is no option in the app to verify both numbers for registration with bank. App has to be amended suitably.

Dear developers, there are like a hundred apps that provide the somewhat same features and functionality. It's like we need to buy a new just to install and use services provided by SBI. Please merge all your apps into one or two apps like a single payment app that has INB wallet and upi, and another app for enquiries.

What a massacre.. official app of no.1 bank in the country is sending atm card pin generator/on/off sms only from sim 1 without giving u a option to choose.. Worst developer..

It's our right to get all account information free of charge. Why don't you show those information in app instead of send message Take example from M passbook Baroda Bank app. Most of the banks don't send message so no SMS charge for this basic informations.

(ATM ON or OFF)- A GREAT Step by SBI to stop DEBIT CARD fraud but please make special app for this feature and make sure it work over GPRS so it perform securely & fastly and at low cost ...SMS is too costly and not working properly .THANKS SBI

Worst app. Unable to login . Change app developer .he doesn't know about display error message. I try to login but unable and doesn't show any message. App developer must be like small kid , a school boy

Not happy with the app it's not good.We can't even Register our own number to enquire our own details Everytime I'm just receiving No is not registered even after the registration is confirmed from the SBI main branch.All the other SBI apps are of waste of time.

Tried ATM card switch on/off ! Instantly charged Rs. 1.50 X 5. Rs. 7.50 gone. Tried to revert. Again gone Rs. 7.50. For who's benefit the App works ? Customers or mobile companies ? Don't try this.

Worst application. Whenever I want to open it doesn't​ open showing technical issues.

Unable to choose Between Sim1 and Sim 2...This app. Is by default taking sim 2 as registered no. Kindly fox this bug... Else Everything is fine

There are some problem in ATM on/off u will off the ATM and again on they will not working in ATM for transactions this reason I am not doing any transactions and also withdraw from ATM please resolve my problem

While sending OTP, take sms charge. Very poor service. refer inpay mobile app for Indian bank. Which is easy and no charge for service.

stupid app. deregistering thru this app gets u deregistered from other upi based apps. (in fact i am stupid to have installed it, deregistered and messed up my upi registration thru this app)

For each and every point it charges for messages. Which is going to be costlier than the the amount left in our account.

Totally useless. If you want to use the app you must use your registered number or you will not be able to login with the help of OTP or email.

Useless. It cost standard sms charge of Rs1.5 per enquiry. Sbi should have worked better developing chargeless app.

Not Useful For NRE Account if NRE account holder give International Number in Account This App is Not Working

I cant register sbh account and charges nomber of time sms charge ohk if u r customer friendly than give gprs options like as u given in sbi freedom.
