इंस्टोल किया लेकिन ERROR PROBLEM IN SENDING OTP SUBMIT BUT NOT WORKING IN CASH DEPOSIT After selecting account and denomination , submit button is not working. Please resolve error. Nice efforts towards Digital India. Hats off to SBI . The nation's only digital bank..

Whenever i try to login it shows the error as... Something went wrong plz try again later.... Previously it was working fine..... I de installed and then re installed, but the problem still persists.. Plz look into it

Still it is showing the old denomination not able deposit & withdraw 2000 notes with this app when tried to deposit amount in the account with this app it is showing a message "some thing went wrong please try after some time"

Hello, First of all not listed in the SBI AppKart, could not trust the genuiness of app. 2. The cash deposit feature does not have the new 2000 rupees note . 3. When i click on history it says 'something went wrong pls try later.' , for past 4 days . 4. No support details mentioned and FAQ placed( visibility of FAQ not known ) . 5.Most functions fail (of the only 7 functions I tried to use, 5 fail at basic levels). Don't know if They test before release to production. Would like to escalate from the level of an customer of the bank . *Typed through mobile. Excuse typos.

Tried so many times but never received the OTP for initial registration. I tried by uninstalling and reinstalling also but in vain. Customer service representative did not responded.

1st of al i congrulate to developer of this app....great app its saves time and can deposit cash n cheque to any sbi branch....i enjoyed a lot to use this app but nw...when i try to login wid my ac no n pin..app says user not registered...since i ve use this app to trnsfer cheque several times past 3 to 5 days but now its says user not registered..evn whn i tried to re register..its says problem in sending OTP...SO PLZ TRY TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Why the hell you guys go GAGA about Digital Banking when even after many reviews you can't fix the bugs.. OTP sucks and When reference no shown in bank ..it too doesn't work ..

I was registered with my account number thats fine.. but after registration this app wont allow me inside the dashboard.. Whenever i filled login credentials and proceeding login results me a loading flash.. i was tired of trying to login...

All is see is processing, OTP never received by me neither any information about how will it work. Please address this issue asap. Tried reinstalling two times, all in vain.

I used to use this app a lot. Now it won't at all open. Says user not registered. If I go for registration, it says Problem in sending OTP. Also new 2000 rupee denomination field is not there. Please update the app ASAP.

Good App, there is no update in the history tab, after completion of txn the vouchers for which txn has been completed should get completed status, at present no such thing is happening one cannot recollect afterwards whether the txn is completed or still pending if multiple vouchers are generated. Plz provide in the next update.

I have installed the app many time & trying to register my account no. But when I enter my Ac no & submit it, it shows loading & return to home screen. Please resolve the issue.

totally useless app its still showing 1000 rs option no option for 2000rs note... please solve this issue

Last one week faced login issue but now I'm able to login. Rs2000 denomination is not a problem. We can generate digi voucher of any available denomination but total should tally and staff in cash counter will change it to correct denomination. A nice GoGreen initiative by SBI..

Nice initiative by Team Sbi but still some upgradation required, Each time its showing some error occurred, Kindly solve these kind of matters before launching .. Its more than one year of launch..

Error something went wrong coming everytime. If it is not working pl withdraw from playstore

Initial attempt failed.But when I changed the SIM position from 2 to 1 and tried again OTP was received. So if u have a dual SIM phone u have to make the registered SIM with the bank as the first SIM.

After entering a/c no multiple times, got no otp, not even a message !!!worst app of SBI. need to learn from pvt. Banks.

Plz include all services to sbi anywhere app..its better for netbanking users..they dont want to install too many apps..single app with all features is good

I have already registered but it shows USER NOT REGISTERED. Then now I am registering so it get problem as PROBLEM IN SENDING OTP so please solve it

10 digit account no is not accept in NEFT & RTGS And some IFSC code (detuch bank) is telling invalid

I have installed it and I am not able to register, as it ask for account number and request for OTP. But OTP is not coming to the registered mobile after so many attempts the problem persists. Not working as it seems to be very helpful app.

Thanks to team CBS roopantar at SBI. You have done a great job & gna save many man hours at SBI n convenience to customers as well!! Mean while there are few bugs to be looked into... In remittance module beneficiary account is coded to accept only numeric, it can be modified to "VarChar"

This is the best ever app by SBI, the banking giant in India. Thanks to team Roopantar...! It not only saves customers time but also ensures their safety. This would be the great step towards future of banking...

Nice initiative by Team Sbi but still some upgradation required No receipt is being received in app itself, If Teller issues receipt than the Green banking concept fails, Some features must be available for non customers also so they can send/deposit money, dd in cash not enabled, and many others, Confirmation should be received as notification and in history also,, Many other improvements required but thanks to Team they bring this kind of Concept.

No need vouchers.. Login ID is based on cif...After login the home page display all accounts, the user selects the account..thank you... Good work

Submit button is inactive in samsung mobiles for deposit voucher and hence voucher can't be submitted. Loan voucher works perfectly. Please do the needful.

A very good initiative by sbi, but yet a small draw back digi voucher is not updating the status of credit of account with date and time and branch. If it is done it would be very useful.

Cash to deposits submit button not activated after denomination entered please resolve I will give 6* out of five

firstly after receving otp and entering it it says something went wrong if you request another otp it says cannot genrate otp

In NEFT OR RTGS CHEQUE no must be verified like in CBS. Currently it accepts any cheque no, whether it is issued or not to customer. Also validate ifsc code in app.

Every time it says something went wrong please try again, kindly fix this issue, transaction status can't display(transaction successful/failure)

After giving the account no it waits for the OTP but no OTP arrives in time next again when you will try the OTP comes but for the time when I tried 1st for that and it shows your account will be locked

Find app for ac opening q directly generated in cbs . customer print the downloaded form from the mobile after filling suitable field and with kyc go to br there q authorised and cif and ac generated and written on form and sent to lcpc
