Where Was I? for Android
It is telling about places I haven't visited. I visited only ernakulam and thiruvaniyoor but they gave me kota in rajasthan where I haven't even seen in my life
This app automatically turns on my Wifi which unfortunately turns off my cell service which automatically causes me to not be online right in the middle of me being trying to use my cell service which is rather disconcerting when I am in the middle of talking to someone. This is not good and frustrates me so much that I have turned the service off. I wouldnt mind so much except that my device becomes useless when this happens if I can't get attached to those Wifi services such as my home network which has NO internet connection because it is not connected to the internet but is just an internal system. I understand the idea of triangulation with Wifi involved but in my case because when Wifi turns on my cell service shuts off automatically I have no internet connection or GPS service because that is what this LG Pad does to save on cell service charges. This app is frustrating because of that and the fact that it turns on the useless Wifi service and does NOT automatically switch back to cell service which inevitably makes this app useless in the end. If it stays on Wifi when I'm in the middle of the highway and it switches to Wifi where there is no Wifi but doesn't switch back to
I would expect an option to export the history to a text or csv file. Maybe an option to save the history to the SD card rather than internally. Other than that it's a very good app for location tracking.
Very useful for working out how long i spent at each job.I would like to be able to export to excel or access to get better accuracy and grouping of the reports.
I really like this app, it has worked for over 550 days in a row for me. U I like that this app doesn't share with other apps. I also believe that Google has a service that does the same thing... Google location history. So there's that... Overall, 10/10 one thing I should mention is that when you get over 10,000 data points...it starts to lag hardcore. So yeah... The longer it is running... The slower it gets.
Very good app that helps me keep track of where I have been working. I could not find a forum to make suggestions but if the developer sees this... Could you have some kind of schedule so I can set it to only collect data during working hours? No need to collect data at weekends and overnight. Thanks
I use this app frequently. It helps me remind the customersites i have been when i'm making up my hour registration for billing.
I would have given 5 star if it shows accurate place. My GPS is always on but it sometime shows that at 9.45am i was in india and at 10 am i was in Italy hungry Turkey etc.
This app is dispaying bunch of "cell" entries and reporting location is unknow n and it would take some time, and it's been like that for months. It knows the country I am in, US, yes, but I dont need an app for that. Only the graphic shows some info but bunch of dots and lines, totally useless. I have to uninstall.
Proof of your location you can show your wife
So very useful well handy
This app is a big help to me, since I am a consultant and travel frequently. I also frequently can't remember what I did, so this will at least tell me where I was, and that jogs my memory.
Great ap
Great app.
Very useful for contractors assessing how much time was spent where. I found that I spend an amazing amount of time simply driving. I only wish that in addition to the squares, you could view where you've gone daily/weekly/monthly as a line that changes color with your time(history) or as an animated line that quickly retraces your path for a day/week/month (sort of the same principle as a permanent camera on, say, a bridge construction jobsite, that takes a picture every 5 minutes, and you can replay fast
didn't give me any useful information at all.
Google Latitude is closing, this software will substitute that flying distance rocket :)
I like very much this way of tracking your movements. And look forward to future upgrades. I would like the track to be more accurate perhaps in future upgrades. Norman.
Shows i was in Croatia when i havent even left my house in Malta!
I don't need the actual addresses, but it's great to know more or less where I've been!
I used this app for about a week. I did not use Latitude together with the app. It connects to the GPS many times per day. I checked the history, and there is NO DATA. What a waste of time. Don't bother downloading this app.
Disappointed
No more guessing after a big hangover...
Nifty little app, but nothing ever shows up on the graph page. ????
Brilliant little app for the self-inquisitive or just plain forgetful. Excellent work developers! :-)
So far I like it.does what it says. Can't wait to go on further trips just to get more squared.
Excellent app, great aid to failing memories!
I was recommended this app on Reddit and have been addicted to it ever since. The dev team is very active and constantly looking for ways to improve. I've run this since the day I got my Galaxy Nexus and it barely shows up on battery usage. Looking forward to seeing more great things with "Where was I" edit: Even faster in 1.39!
Excellent once you get used to it. Would like to find a way of deleting a whole day at once rather than point by point though.
at last! an app that writes my diary *for* me when Im too lazy to keep track. don't wait til new year to start your diary! love it!
First tracked location Ukraine, I'm in the UK lol
