SavingStar - Grocery Coupons

Good way to save a little money on groceries. I like that it's easy to use, and I love that the money can be direct deposited into your bank account. Only complaint is I wish there were more offers each week, because quite often there just aren't any coupons available that I can or want to use.

The savings are nice but for a 2 person family some of the purchase requirements just to nab the saving are quite extensive. I don't buy that much bulk quantities as my storage is limited and things expire or spoil before we could consume all of them. Customer service has been great. Not much variety for saving offers.

Very easy to use from find stores where you can use the app, selecting offers, as well as submitting recipt copies. Who doesn't enjoy receiving free money for doing something they do on a normal basis. I love it!

Your the best! I love the offers I receive and the amount of them. We're not talking 4 or 5 offers but a nice amount and many pop up through the week. I been with you almost two years now and have saved so much money with your app. Thank you so much for making this app! I love it!

Some times there are good deals. I like the $5 min to cash out. I do not like that some rebates don't allow you to use coupons. If I have to choose coupon or rebate, I'll choose coupon every time. Also, auto submissions via store card are slow and unreliable. Some rebates get missed or the receipt doesn't get submitted until after the rebate has expired.

This app used to have more commonly used offers. Now I barely see anything I would buy and there are less offers than when I first started using the app. It now takes forever to accumulate any real savings. you. Recent email stated that in order to receive healthy offer savings, you had to complete 2 offers the previous month. What a disappointment.

Not a bad app, just wish there were more items to choose from. I barely find the items I buy on it and when I do, it's usually only one or two, but over time I still build up enough money back to load to my acct.

Absolutely love it.. I've used this app for approximately 6 months and earn well over $80. It might not sound like a lot, but this pays for my coffee while I shop. I buy things only if I need or use them, so in other words I make money buying items I regurlarly buy. Yes, it takes an extra 5 minutes to do, but well worth it.

Feel like it's going down hill for the last few months. There are better apps out there now. This app has less and less offers Evey week. Now candy combine with ecoupons. Seems to be switching fling to completely useless.

As a mom of three doing everything from a wheelchair the ease of having the app right there on my phone as I'm going through the grocery store has been a big help. But lately I find they are not offering as many items that are relevant for my family.

When the app works it's great...problem is it very rarely works! I have had to uninstall it twice now. After installing again it works fine for a short period of time and then stops.

I just found this app and loving it. Was able to get rebates both here and with other apps making many items free or practically free when using coupons on sale prices.

App is easy to use. I've earned over $150 since I started using it. My biggest complaint would be the coupon selection has gone downhill in recent months.

Works well overall. Had issues linking a store rewards card & there doesn't seem to be a lot of rebates compared to other sites but some of the rebates are quite large due to minimum buy amounts ($5 back when you buy $15 worth of product)

Recently submitted for One or More Rebate on Purex Detergent...Rebate was $4. on $15. purchase. Ended up 2 cents short of the $15. and was denied the rebate...after 3 days of back and forth emails with customer service, I gave up! Not worth the hassle...

Love this app! So easy to use! I wish they would correct the last update though....it constantly says "New offers" when there are none!

For some reason my camera will not take clear pictures with this app. The camera on my phone is amazing but conveniently the majority of my pictures are too blurry to receive payment. It's been a waste if my time even though I do purchase items that should qualify.

Having my store loyalty cards linked to the app makes it very easy to use and get rebates on the things I buy for my family

Very inconsistant about payments and credit for purchased items...Many, many times I've had to send them an email regarding credit I didn't recieve for a purchased item..Most times, they were good about it, and gave me credit, but the last tine, they wouldn't withour a copy of a receipt which I no longer had... Now I am waiting for credit for ANOTHER item which I purchased last week... Great, great program, but just wish they could get it together..

Not sure if this app is based regional like coupon incerts.. but I find often that I don't have the same rebates available as other ppl have..

Please make we code reader because when I buy a months worth of groceries it's hard to can receipt accurate. Otherwise fantastic app.

This is absolutely the easiest of all shopping apps! I had it downloaded & had my reasor's card scanned in, I had actually forgotten about the app. I was going to scan in a receipt a couple of days later, shocked to see my reasor's purchases had already been applied. I highly recommend this app. This app has gotten really bad. It never pays me for anything anymore I have to email them to get my credit for anything I scan in. Its really a hassl

Very poor in comparison with competition. Once the healthy offer is gone this app will be useless. I often have to upload receipts multiple times to get rewarded and their info about why it's denied is always very vague, making it hard to correct any mistake or identify an issue on their part. Happy to delete this app for an app that will actually reward me.

Very few offers and poor variety. Difficult to navigate. Offers change infrequently. Other apps like Ibotta and Checkout 51 are far superior.

Every time I try to upload a receipt, it freezes and makes me do everything again. When I redo it says not responding. I have tried several times with no luck.

Only thing I don't like is trying to line up the receipts when taking a picture. It's very difficult to steady my hand to do it and it gets very frustrating. Other than that I love the app.

At 1st this app worked fine then it started to have a lot of errors. Barcodes taking forever to scan and uploading receipts is a nightmare not to mention having re scan because it keeps saying error all the time!

Receipt submission has 50 percent success rate. Heads up u will have to send an email if u want to receive credit for them to manually give u $ back. Can be a hassle!

Was doing good with this and liked it, but now you can't submit alot of the offers if you used a coupon. Then what's the use?! Especially since the offers aren't that great anymore anyway.

Great way to save money on groceries. Easy to use. Wish there were more items I use though. But great app none the less.

No longer offering good deals, very few offers now and for products I don't use. A lot of hoops to jump through for almost no reward. Very disappointed.

ive been paid twice already and love it! this app is all that! one thing is i would like to see more coupons and a different variety hence 4 stars only...update I am paid every time and it adds up fast. Saving Star even pays faster and better than other apps like it.

Crashed multiple times while trying to submit receipts. Items that scanned saying they​ qualified suddenly didn't qualify while submitting right after checking and app crashed yet again while trying to leave feedback for their customer service. Horrible.

This would be a great app if it had more day to day, or even month to month items. This app pales miserably in comparison to Ibotta. Wish I wasn't so disappointed, but I am.

Love this app especially since it is linked to store loyalty card, other sites /apps I use, I have to send in receipt photos which is a pain. Wish they would have more products is only issue.

I've never gotten paid for anything because somehow I take beautiful pictures & when they get submitted they look terrible. I would only use them for coupons, but considering how few those are it's not worth it. This last receipt just got denied & I have lost $3, now that's my limit! 5/2/17 Update: Got an email saying they are closing my account and will be taking back the whole $1.80 I earned over 2 years with them. Good riddance! Reinstalled it to find the camera is better, but the offers are still pitiful.

Awesome app. I've cashed out over $45. Easy to use, sometimes savings take a little while to come through but they do. Customer service is great!

The app is working again after yesterday's update. An issue caused a blank screen for Android 6.0+ users. Thank you Josh!
