KidTube LTE, the BEST android player to do safe search (filtering most of inappropriate words(most commonly used in English) and play video on simplified version of YouTube player.
Best for kids, which doesn't display videos with inappropriate content. So kids are prevented from even viewing filmstrips.
Also best for use in public areas, office premises, in meetings etc., to do a safe search and show the content.
KidTube designed to simplify the player view, such that videos can be watched with minimal interruption. Most of the functions need two operations to take the focus away from the player view.
Note:
-- In order to Exit player view, need to open Preference or Menu & select ‘Exit Video View’.
-- Both search text or preference text doesn't allow entering inappropriate words.
-- Admob Ads will be displayed after every video view
How it works:

-- After initial download and accepting terms, the search text would be set to default text 'Tom and Jerry' ( My elder son's favorite) and cartoon film strips will be displayed in scroll-able list.
Changing Default Search:
-- To change default search, click on MENU or select Preferences on action bar (top right corner line of small square boxes).
-- Change default search text (your kids favorite video title) or Continuous play option or Video duration.
Selecting Video and Exiting:
-- Click on a video of interest, takes you to default full screen video view by default.
-- To Exit, click on MENU or select Preferences on action bar and select ‘Exit Video View’.

I got this app to block inappropriate that are mostly on YouTube, so i searched a topic that, in YouTube ,came up with bad results,to see if the results would be much more appropriate. But NO they weren't, which angered me, i advise no one to get this because it is not safe for kids!

After installing on my 7 year old daughters tablet I entered the search term 'boys kissing girls' and in the search results was a video tutorial with two gay men teaching people the 'art' of kissing and lip biting and another video showing a very angry girl smashing up a motorbike and then setting it on fire. Whilst I admire you for trying to help it just doesn't work.

This app provide exactly what I was looking for in other kids safety apps. I give it 4* because the build in inappropriate search terms aren't broad enough, also it would have been perfect if user could add their own block search terms....otherwise this app is excellent, highly recommended.

This is one nice app for kids, especially designed for parents who wants to give control of the youtube app to their kids. The app is very simple and very responsive, with effective kid friendly filtering of search results. Search history feature is very helpful, this helps my four year old to switch back to earlier watched videos. Configurable continous play feature is also very handy.all in all it is a great app.
