Savant for Android
Rather than use IR codes based on specific model, you have to go through trial and several errors before finding the right command to TOGGLE power instead of discreet power on and off. Instead of selecting an IR command for a specific input, you have to go through the same trial and error until it goes to the input you need.
Both the app and the remote failed after a month. I even had both listen up and the geek squad out to fix it on multiple occasions to no avail. I got a harmony programmed by best buy for less than half the cost of the savant (including programming) and it works perfectly. Come on savant! Step up your game!
Logitech is a much better option for half the price. This is probably the worst of the DIY smart home systems.
It really is easy to use, but it does not have all devices in its data base yet.
All in one remote! It even have lamp modules you can control with this App!

I have used several different kinds including this one, two logitechs, and URC. This remote by far is the most painful to set up. Then if you are unlucky enough to have a device that isn't in their database you are screwed. Logitech for almost half the price at least gives you a learning mode to add anything it doesn't have but now my remote can't control my blu ray. And the only help I got from savant was "wait for an update that has it". We'll four updates later and no support
