Those who bash the manufacturer for the poor support of your installer is barking up the wrong tree. If you are unhappy with this product (unless you have bad hardware) you should trash the installing company. This app works. If you are integrating security HVAC, lighting or other things it's imperitave that your integrator works within the limits of the integration equipment. He needs to do his homework, you should do yours when it comes to the installing company.

Great app. Great system. You need to have a good installer if you want to use Savant. Like most things, it wont work right and could give a bad impression if the system isnt setup and programmed properly.

Overall, it's still not as solid as the ios version, but it's getting there. One bug, the favorite on Android will disappear from time to time.

They have terrible customer support and don't care about you as a long term customer. They will sell you home automation products only for them to become completely discontinued and obsolete just a few months later. Seriously, go with Control4, Crestron, Lutron or anything else. They either don't answer their customer service numbers nor do they return calls. The sales reps are also useless. They will attempt to sell you a unicorn and then give you a donkey.

This App has been awesome. But on one of the latest updates it no longer allows me to login to my house remotely and the App resets occasionally after being left active for long periods of time. PLEASE FIX remote login otherwise what's the point!

So far everything was good but since 7.2 nothing but troubles, macros don't run, there is no response from savant . on phone shows you turn on something and nothing happens it have to be redoit few times. No troublevon iOS.

Incredibly unintuitive and moreover a pain to use. Lack of customisability leaves clients running to integrators for small ridiculous changes to make easier to use. Besides that there are many glitches, one major one that actually affects functionality are the pool controls. Seem to work fine on iOS devices but the temperature slider doesn't appear on my app and has rendered the pool & spa feature useless. Just absolutely horrible.
