Booked cab from chennai to Vellore via Kanchipuram. Really I had bad experience.. First with comfortless car.. Booked 7+1 car where as 6+1 car came.. Second AC in car not working properly.. Third driver don't know the route properly..bcz of that we traveled additional 30km.. Hope the team will take care these issues going forward
Guys don't use there services, they are extremely unprofessional. I have not yet received the bill for the cab service used after multiple followups for 2weeks. The customer service is pathetic too, when asked why I am not receiving bill after multiple followups, I got the answer - what can I do, you take accounts dept number and talk to them.
Worst n poor quality cabs.. Over and above the same quality of customer care service. U just pay money n u have to use the cab which they provided. They expect u too see n check the cab before riding. Whether the cab is fit n fine, the seats are OK. Because this is ur responsibility. They just provide u the cars. If u start ur ride n complain after that then either u leave the cab wherever u are (on road, highway, jungle etc.) or bear with that. Apart from that u have to pay the return charges too. 2752934
I hate to give 1 rating also. Just coz of this irresponsible service our entire tour had to be cancelled, which was just informed 3hrs prior to the trip start time. Worst service from customer care people also. They did not even try rescheduling "the same broke down car" to repair it. Worst worst worst ever!!!!
I had booked a cab from Bangalore to ooty. I got excellent support from customer care executives during booking . Only issue I had during my travel was driver allotted to me was not understanding Hindi or English and also not aware of the places I was visiting. I think Savari can improve this situation at least they can provide drivers who are familiar with places we were travelling.
Very convenient service.. but app is not suitable for tablet (without calling) as I can't get driver details from app. Whenever driver details is clicked, it directly wanted to open the dialer (not available in tab) and get hanged.. Please rectify this.. Otherwise awesome service for convinient and reasonable booking..
I know i am supposed to rate the user interface here, but I can't stop myself from telling you all, that it is a service of cheats. Even when you give clear addresses they don't give you fix estimate, they sell you close enough kilometres and after your drive is finished they ask you for more money. And the drivers are the worst there. They're not at all polite. They ask you money arbitrarily for tolls and Parkings without showing you the actual reciepts. Worst service ever
In short. Booked Innova cresta at 13k from Delhi to himachal. The AC was turned off reason being load on engine. I mean, seriously with cresta 2.4 and no luggage. Funny act to save fuel money by this cheap company. I decided to pay extra for fuel instead of fighting with customer care.
After complaining on the playstore my issue was resolved within 24hrs for thay i am changing my review and giving you 3 stars. Hope to have good experience in future.
Booked a cab at midnight for a Coimbatore-Ooty trip the next morning at 9:00. The driver Manish knew the route well and we made it on time. The call center people responded well to all my queries. I recommend Savaari.
I have never before in my life come across worse services than the ones offered by savaari's driver (one Sandeep Chikara). He was rude, argued with us over every little thing, drove rashly and when we asked him not to drive so fast on hilly roads he told us he will drive as he pleases and that we were not doing him any favours by riding in his cab, which is the worst thing you can tell your customer. On top of that he would keep smoking inside the cab even when we asked him not to. He ruined what was supposed to be a nice vacation for us. I would never recommend anyone to go for savaari. In fact, it's best to stay away.
Mobile app version database & web based data base are mismatched. Example, web based databased supports Durgapur, west bengal. Whereas mobile app database does not show Durgapur, West bengal.
Worst Service, 0 resposibility. To start with the driver they assigned was not sent. Rash driving with inexperience to drive on the route caused accident to the vehicle in which the inova was totalled. No one from the app helped us to get to safely from the desolate place knowing 3 other girls were the part of the booking. On arranging a vehicle somehow on our own and spending from our pocket to reach the hotel from the accident spot the customer service was unapologetic and denied any compensation and ageed to provide vehicle only in the morning. Basically they sent an inexperienced driver, didn't help us after the accident-0 responsibility and their backup vechile took more than 18 hrs to report. So, unhappy with the service we discontinued the booking after the incident.

Booked cab for 7 days from Kochi to various locations. Driver was on time service, New Vehicle and polite driver. Different guidelines in cab than communicated by Savari i.e. Can't open window etc. Once denied driving after 8 PM mentioning tiredness, while drive only 200 KMs. No GPS in cab. Not worth money charged
I hired a 7+1 taxi for 6 days for holidaying. Vehicle had no mobile chargers, music system was bad not even catching fm. Driver had no clues about controls why certain things are not functional. He's driving innova for the first time. On Goa boarder we found we have to pay Rs.2800 for vehicle permit. When my plan was to travel from Bangalore to Goa why they didn't send an all india permit taxi. Driver was not carrying original RC of vehicle. None responded for hours for distress calls. I don't recommend.
Plz dont go through it... even single star is more for savaari. If u want to spoil ur trip then definately go with savaari..
The drivers are totally unprofessional and moreover the company doesn't take up complaints, they don't care about the clients. They charge extra money and den offer no refund.
There drivers are the worst of all they never listen where to stop and do not obey speeds never clean vehicles inside and outside during five days I have given one star to savaari bookings only
A driver who does not listen and does not respond to you. He takes the longest route possible, raising your billed amount and travel time disproportionately. A car that looks like a second-hand pulled out of a junkyard. Plus Savaari's tormentingly wrong estimation of the round-trip distance that made me pay significantly more than what was mentioned; and their representatives don't have any solutions when you call them up. Should have booked an Ola outstation at the same price for much better services. Savaari, you won't be able to stay in the market for long now.
They should have validated driver background. Lots of issue with driver's attitude.
My experience with the driver was very bad. He first tried to charge extra on the name of inter state taxes at the rto office, but i caught him, then at the next border which we crossed in the night time, he didn't paid the interstate taxes, at ooty station he told me to give 50% of the tax amount to him or else he will go back to the border and will pay the tax.. He was very irritating..
No coordination between driver and saavari....the driver won't follow any of saavari guidelines....the customer service keeps you on hold for very long time...no control over drivers..never take a saavari cab..
Though their rates are little cheaper the condition of the cabs as well as driver is pathetic.Dirty stinking cab with very bad suspension.its better to take a decent cab by paying little extra.
We had a very bad experience with driver sent by Savaari for our trip to Wayanad from bangalore: 1. Arrived an hour late 2. Forgot car permit papers and wasted another one and a half hour at Kerala check post. We wasted a complete day because of all the delays he caused. 3. On the day we were supposed to return back, he misinformed about the check post close timing to be 6 PM and made us skip a few places we wanted to cover. Later on we came to know the timing to be 9 PM.
I booked savaari for 4 days. I asked them that I would have multiple stop in my return journey and go to airport in the end. They said it's ok. Then on forth day driver denied the airport drop . he said that it would cost me extra money. even though my actual meter consumption was 730 km and i was entitled to 1000km. Then, I called the customer care and told them my concern. They said that it's ok and you would get a airport drop. Then driver called them and yelled at them in kannad. After that they called me and said they can not give me any airport drop. They started giving all kind of different reasons that they can not provide any airport drop and all. I reminded them of their promise but all in vain. They don't own their drivers and their services. It's better to contact drivers if want to go to any trip. Savaari is just a middle man without any backbone.
I had took a cab from Coimbatore to Munnar n back to Coimbatore. Receiving was a little bit delay but the driver was very much friendly. Driver's name is Prabhu. He has guided us in the whole trip and had a lot of patience in taking to all the places we requested for and communicated with the local ppl to find out new places. Overall experience with Savaari is appreciated. Travelling with Savaari is recommendable to anyone.
Taken a cab from Manglore to Kollur and back. Excellent service. No extra cost levied. Got a perfect guy as driver. Just one suggestion...we have requested the driver to take us to a good non veg hotel...and he opted a Sheraton hotel..near to a flyover. It belong to drivers friend he said. That was a disaster!! The food was not good and my kid had bèen taken to hospital. So if you guys got tie up with any good hotels in city the drivers will take to that hotel only. Hope you will consider this.
I had made a booking , they confirmed it and told I will be getting the driver details just 2 hours before the pick up time .I did not the get the driver info so I called one hour before the pick up time , they told cab has not been assigned and are searching for it. At the time of pick up they simply smsed that they have to cancel the booking .It would have been better if they have informed early and they did not even bother to tell that cab has not been assigned until I called them.bad custmore care servc
I has used it while travelling locally to Hyderabad, Vehicle was below par and up keep was poor , driver was good enough. There is no cordination between driver and main office , techology wise the system is poor .when u compare with OLA/ UBER , they seems to be below par. Overall concept is good but huge improvement is required
I have booked the cab for day trip well in advance. I have got SMS that driver will be assigned two hrs before . But it wasn't not assigned. Even after reminding them four times, they didn't assign driver. Worst customer service. Stay away.
My strong recommendation not to use savaari if you are using it for your business trips.

I booked with savaari for 6 days at , driver condition is very poor, with him I miss my flight at Ahmadabad. Feel sad with family
They will say cab confirmed,but they will not provide,can't rely on them. Ruined my vacation.Booking S0816-2666178 @ 6:30 am, 13 Aug, Bangalore.If they can't arrange cab,they will not communicate back to you and make to wait the last minute, make sure that customer is completely screwed with his vacation and not able to check other vendors.
I booked cab for 4 days from cochi to munnar, kumarakom and kovalam. We booked indica but they upgrated it to desire without any further cost.. Driver assigned was ARSHAL who was very good and decent... driver came 10 minutes before the schedule time... we enjoyed our journey
I booked a cab and they said that driver details will be send half an hour before the trip but 2 hours before the ride they cancelled the booking saying their are no cabs for the time which i have booked why you people do not before conforming the booking.
Yes its cheap but that does not mean u have to compromise with the quality ......I booked it for agra from Delhi on 25th June 2016 .....customer service was good nd driver was on time I can before time very polite nd humble ......I really like the service. ...Thanks to Driver Mr Pawan nd customer service well coordination ......Thanks savaari

Few more options should be there like re-planning, rescheduling and cancellation... Along with feedback / complement for drivers as well.. Basic information like timing (entry timing if any), near by places... If possible share drivers photographs before the trip. Also please provide an option to have online payments just after complete of trip.... Add GPs navigation and SOS system. If any more information required call me...
