Saudi airlines is the good for traveller's, departure timing and arrival timings are always good. Very easy to purchase online tickets. Baggage allowance also 23×2 per passenger. I am really unhappy for one thing "No one Direct flight going to Goa(Dabolim Airport).

I've been using your airlines for more than 17 years..But my experience in travelling to Madinah today using your airlines from Cairo Airport was the worst! You totally don't have any respect for your clients and totally disorganized...And it seems that you don't care for your customers satisfaction...If you don't know how to care for your customers, you shouldn't be working in this field.

Extremely poor service by Saudi airline .. my flight sv 889 on 1st April cancelled and till now alternative flight sv 2030 keep on delaying.
