Agile Tasks for Android
The three three step process is great for keeping track of what you're doing and not getting too lost in all your tasks. Could use a bit of updating though. In case you were wondering, the Pro version is worth it if you want to sync to your computer. £1.66 isn't that much really.
I have used many similar tools that try to do too much to the point where usability is compromised. This app has most of the features I need in a standalone agile tool, yet even a novice in technology could easily hit the ground running managing personal tasks because of the good UI.
Love it and it's incredibly lightweight and simple to use. However maybe just a couple ideas. If there is a comment on a task can it show that there is? Such as a little comment icon that appears to the right. Also maybe tap and hold to chance column names. Other than that nice app.
Powerful, simple and extremely well thought through organising tool. Agile's effortless design has brought unprecedented clarity and efficiency across various areas of my life! I couldn't recommend it highly enough...
The only thing I would like to have is the ability to move items to a different project. A really cool feature is that when a task reminder is reached out is moved to Doing!
A near perfect to-do list. It's very simple, if you're comfortable with a kanban board then you'll love this. If you aren't familiar with a kanban board then you're in for a treat as it's a great way to organize your tasks. This is one of the few to-do apps that syncs to a web site, a crucial feature in my opinion. My wish list for feature improvements: - allow for a daily alarm to review tasks (I currently get around this by just adding a task with a daily remind set so this isn't a big deal) - get an easier to remember web site for the web app (maybe agiletasks.io?) - make the web app auto sign in instead of making me having to click on 'Sign In With Google' every time - let me set / edit alarms on the web app and not just on the android app (I don't need the alarms to trigger on the web app, I just want to be able to set them) - start charging a subscription fee or something. I use this app constantly, it would kill me if you stopped supporting it so I need to be sure it's going to stick around. Charge more for it, open source it, I don't care just stick around!
Excellent app. Simple and responsive. Widget could use a bit of work. The web app is a nice addition, but still needs work. Has speed and sync issues. The phone app could be better looking as well!
Simple to use. The only thing I would add would be a "how long will it take to complete the task" and add that to the individual tasks. Maybe also a sum of all the tasks time at the the top.
Cant move tasks from project to project. Cant make a task a project or nake a project a task. Cant see all tasks in a single view. Definitely not GTD
Could use a bit more visual components, like color coding notes and notebooks. Also setting times for alerts, and multiple ones. I will say that it is pretty nice though.
the ap is one of the simplest and most intuitive one that i came across. planning for personal tasks are easy. i like the swipe action of tasks. hoverer its missing some aspects like send tasklist to email, and export as xml etc
Lacks only one function - mass manual/auto sort - it's limiting without it. Add in a sort button on the project page for manual sort of project titles. Add in sort button on a project task page for manual sort of task. Add in on/off auto sort button in settings. Allow sorting order to come through on the widgets and you have simplicity with flexibility - a winning app without that over whelming feeling of too many features. With sorting it really deserves 5 stars!
Only improvement I can think of is having a single screen view somewhere to see all to do, in progress, done items together rather than on separate screens.
Could not find a better app than this for task management . The only thing that can be added is providing access to remote future tasks because the to do list simetimes becomes too lengthy!! Thanks for the app.
I'll email a few details that if integrated in the app, I (and most likely a great % of your current users) would be more than willing to pay for that "full/complete" version.
My BlackBerry App labeled this app as dangerous. It wants permission to access all accounts on your phone. A few others as well. I uninstalled.
1. Prioritize cards. Sort the cards in a column. 2. Add columns for a bag log .
This app is very useful for me because its ease of use. Great User Interface. And I like slide function in this to-do-list app. Like no others. Thanks !
Nice for kanban. Could be used for so much more if we could have more than three columns and rename them.
I love the simplicity of the three categories. The interface is extremely smooth. I would love to see a night mode and the ability to move a task from one project to another. But overall, amazing!
I love the simplicity. It does everything I wanted it to. Would be nice to be able to configure the progress categories, but for my purposes, todo, doing, and done are sufficient.
A program that helps you focus on your tasks; personal kanban style. Appreciate the use of reminders.
There is a bug.. if I set the reminder with previous date it is showing many notifications till current date...
If you tried trello and it was way more than you need, try this app. It is fantastic.
Poderia ter número total de tarefas tirando isso excelente app
The connection to the Web version agile.saucenet.io is not secure. Could make it secure (https)?
Very easy to use and perfect for what it is. It's free so worth a try.
simole. neat. not too many functions yet useful
It is a great app. But need a web integration for task sync. Please, solve it.
This is really nice! Is there a way to share to a different device? Is there privacy settings?
It is great, but there may be a need to reorganize the projects.
Would love the ability to re order projects!
Hands down this app is straight forward and easy to use.
Simple to use. No overbearing ads. Perfect
This app really transformed the way i work
Clickable links would be nice

Almost perfect. My feature request wish list: 1. For PC view, ability to drag task horizontally and drop anywhere in the column, without having to land at the top of the "Done" (or other) list area. 2. Ability to click on a task and drop down menu (or dragging) allows it to be placed in another project. 3. Archiving, for ability to view past tasks, as note details could be valuable later, I don't want to just delete them. 4. Ability to manually reorder project list. 5. One unified view of everything currently in all projects' "Doing" buckets.
