Where is the widget app, would make it so much easier

Use it to occasionally reset our ISP Modem when needed. Also use one at office for same purpose as it's in another business's space. Use it on iPhone 5S and Nexus 7 OK. Occasionally shows a plug as OFF, but I just cycle on off on quickly until I see some energy being used as noted by the App. This has saved our butts a few times already when we couldn't get in to the telecom room. Note that the IQ Switch itself has a relay inside rather than a solid-state device, and you can hear the click. Time will tell if the relays hold-up or not. Had ours just three months now. As someone noted, only one device may be connected to a switch at one time, so person A needs to actively disconnect via the App before person B can connect and control. Nice quality all around and I've bought other Satechi stuff now too. Have gotten 30-35 foot clear range and 30 through two walls containing steel studs and sheetrock, not bad.

It just didn't function even on a Bluetooth setting . What a waste of effort trying to figure on how to fix the problem .

Can rarely get the app to sync up with the plugs

Plug and play...timer schedule usage meter all working great. Seems to work well with high end phones,tablets.

New version now doesn't crash on startup and appears to work as expected. Can only be paired with one device. A pretty serious limitation. The bluetooth doesn't work very far. You pretty much need to be within 15 feet or less.

App seems to work OK, but has crashed a few times and on my Android device it doesn't plot historical power usage (no data trend is ever displayed on the graph)
