I JUST TODAY received my card in the mail. When I tried to login to the app it says the card program is terminated? Fail.

I was excited about this app and funded my account with a bit of money. However, I quickly saw the flaw in this concept - the exchange rate commission. Whilst the typical commission rate is around 3% (e.g. credit card), this app uses around 4,8% to 5% commission rates (checked against several sites). A bad deal for large amounts. So I wouldn't transfer all my travel money here, but small amounts are probably okay...

Took 2 days for transfer but purchase went ok in Sweden so transferred 5000 more 3 days ago. Money gone from Nordea but not on card. Made two small purchases in New York, then card stopped working & App crashed. Similar issues with wife's card. No support so emailed SAS EuroB. CONCLUSION: SAS sas has our money and we're in New York with no way to get it. Lucky we have credit cards. UPDATE: Day 4 money came, card & app work. No answer from EB yet. Is this a "rare occasion"?
