I have found this app to be helpful. Yes, i know where customers are, but there are down times when heading in another direction can be helpful. I've noticed a significant increase in the number of rides I've had since I started using this app.

Excellent app for finding good places to work. Can't beat the price=FREE. I have found it to be fairly accurate. It is not perfect but it is miles better than guessing like most drivers do.

It's a great start to an app that I believe to be very helpful. You need to add the option for map overlays so drivers can tell what part of the city they are looking at. Also add a address search feature, so drivers can search for a particular place and see what business is like around that area. I can probably think of some other ideas for you, but those are the big ones as of now. Keep up the good work.

It worked one time for me but it isn't real time so it's pretty worthless for me as I don't know how long ago the heat is from. I need real time action within 5 mins ago or so, I already know the spots in town.

Heat map is cool looking, but it's based on incomplete Yelp/Google api directory information. For instance, a restaurant may be open at 4 or 5 pm on a weekday, but let's be honest, at 4 or 5 pm, it may still be completely empty, and even if it fills up, its customers will still need to eat their food before they may even consider calling an Uber. And showing a heat map would imply that you would have captured some of that variability, either through historical data, through automated crowdsourcing of your own current app users, and/or through some other clever use of data mining.

I will rate more fairly once I get a chance to try it. Having a way to distinguish between different ride share companies would be great. Also a way to toggle if you want to see only 1 of the ride share companies. FYI. Add those and depending on accuracy I'd definitely pay a dollar a month for it

Maksim is awesome. This app is amazing. I have been searching for something like this. It gives you useful information to make better decisions.

This app is horrible it doesn't do what it claims . This app has told me no drivers were within 5 min of my location then I check the uber passenger app and there are 20 ubers right next to me . I will never use this app again and I don't suggest anyone use it . I probably lost a lot of money because of the app complete garbage

It does give you an idea of where you might want to hang out but there's no guarantee.You might add a feature that removes you from the closest rideshare driver, so you can tell if more drivers are in your area.

Is this just a probability map? I don't see any preferences or navigation like you said were added?

Is it useful for order of gojek in Jakarta?

So far, it looks awesome. Working for both Uber and Lyft I anticipate this to be very helpful. It would be nice if you could do a tap to navigate feature and also something like an auto refresh when the heat spots aka passengers get assigned a ride. Thanks!

If this app works the way it says it does I will rate higher. I was curious as to how the information was gathered. Is it just a prediction or is it past pickups? I have been looking for an app that logs where passengers get picked up on an average basis to predict where I should be at any given time. If that's what this is I will rate higher.

Why not have a heat map based on events like game break out theater train arrivals music events festivals convention etc

I think that this app has the potential to be something very great but like other people were saying it doesn't show the other ride shares around you and I'm not 100% sure if the hot spots are in real time and how long ago they been updated. I'm going to keep this app on my phone and see how it progresses I'm looking forward to seeing the updates.
