Great app for 5/3/1. Has most variations and calculates rest and weights with minimal effort on user side. Purchased Pro version through this app, but it does seem to have worked. When selecting "go pro" in trial app it tells me that I have already purchased, but downloading "pro" version prompts me to pay again.

Continuously deletes my workouts, so I have to manually enter in all the weights anyway since it can't keep track of what week I'm on. End up using an excel sheet more than the app.

First of all I don't know why the Pro version is not unlocled for me in Google Play even though I have bought it few weeks ago. Other than that the app is very useful. It could better if it had a built-in 1RM Calculator that you has the save feature and that compares your lifts to other users. And the feature to save your current maxes apart from the cycle and training max would be good. Also is there a way to see how man reps you did in the last set of the previous workouts? If not, then definitely should be.

This app has a great idea with making the periodization MUCH easier, as it does the math for you. I love the graphs and the ability to update your weight and BF%. However, the foundation could be more intuitive and easier to navigate(ie adding an excersize to your current workout... you can do this, but it could be easier). Changing that and/or adding things like "last week's set" to the accessory work, so you can see what you did previously, I would rate this app with 5 stars.

Saves about 50% of the time keep an eye on what week and cycle it says per work out otherwise you'll waste a work out.

Been using it for few weeks and think its excellent. Glad the save bug is fixed. Is there a way to play tune instead of just vibrate when timer up. Hard to hear when in workout position?

The app is very good..... Apart from the fact that after completing the workout it doesn't save the results, it says saved and wipes the info.... But then if you re-enter it and press save, it works.... Really frustrating and the only reason I'm currently not paying for the pro version

Great app, only problem is that sometimes I will save my workouts and they will not save so I have to go through it again and say everything I did and how many reps. Can get a little annoying, but besides that it is good. Would like an option to see a calculated Max on every AMRAP set, say even if you were suppose to get 7 reps to set your new 1RM but you get 6, it'd be cool to see what your calculated max is from that 6 reps in the app. Just an idea.

It is simple. It is free for three weeks. It takes all of the work of a spreadsheet and gives you the answers you need. Highly customizable.

Awesome app. Helps me keep my workouts going without having to do any math. Has everything laid out for me. Tons of options to customize the routine. Only question is when starting the 13 week challenge in the middle of a cycle, and trying to get the challenege to start in the middle of a given cycle, it still shows it starting at week one. Submitted a bug fix so we'll see if that does change. Minor issue but nothing to stop a 5 star review.
