No more fiddling around with printed spreadsheets at the gym.
Enter your current 1 rep max and the app will calculate and manage your workout program.
The app will automatically layout the weights and reps for each workout day.

Tapping on the weight plate logo will take you to the upcoming workout session. You can also deviate from the order select any lift any time. Perform the lifts and save it.

Great app....easy to use and effective. Tried lots of different apps and this one is my favourite.... Would be perfect if it could record cardio workouts as well + link to fit bit. (understand that most powerlifters hate cardio me included but this program is not just for powerlifters I think it's great for anyone wanting to get stronger while recording progress. Would be awesome to have one app covering both.

I've used this app for 4 years now. It is constantly getting new features, tweaks. This app is is the complete 531 program. Every variation Wendler listed in both books are here. The app won't replace the books it compliments them greatly. It's obvious this app receives a lot of attention from the devs. Well worth the price.

This app is a game changer. Plug in your 1RM and just lift. It seriously shoulders all that spreadsheet labor and frees you up to worry about the important things like lifting and proper form. Sarasoft is amazingly responsive to bug reports and updates to 531. This is seriously the best app I have ever used.

The app is good if you do the conventional 5/3/1 variations. I am however running the building the monolith. The weights it shows are off by a lot. It will not update them even after adjusting my 1RM. Please help.

In the new interface, is there a way to have the Down Sets (like FSL) on different days than the 5/3/1 Main Lift? In other words can I have 5/3/1 Deadlifts on Monday but perhaps followed by FSL Squats? Then on Thursday have 5/3/1 Squats followed by FSL Deadlifts? I thought there was a way to do it in an older build but I may be mistaken. That would be a great addition to the app. I am pretty sure I read it in one of Jim's books. Being able to move the FSL sets to other days would be great, if only to get some additional training volume without burning out. Also, "Show 13 week challenge" does not work unless "Show Boring But Big sets" is checked on the previous screen. Maybe they should be linked somehow?

Im officially done with this P.O.S app. It has stopped saving my workouts, I have to go in and enter everything a 2nd time to get it to update. Back to manually tracking with google docs.

A recent update makes you save and close twice. This NEVER works and I lose my workout EVERY TIME. Infuriating!!!!
