5x5 Workout Logger for Android
Great app love everything....except It seems like once you pick what your warmups will be you can never change it. Maybe if I uninstall the app and reinstall. But then I loose my progress. Other than that its good.
Crashed once when switching between messenger, but love the free warm-ups and assistance tracking. Bodyweight set support would be a nice addition
Everything is good expect my graph only works for the squat everything else is off date and a couple days behind and I'm not sure why. I bought the paid version and I don't want to reinstall and pay it again

Just need to able to adjust warm up weight on the fly.

Great workout logger for anyone doing a Linear Progression 5x5. Once or twice I have switched apps to change music or something and it has dropped the data from the open session, but it's easily re-entered.
Looks great, but the warm up set percentages seem off... What are you using? Jump between first work set and last warm up seems too big. Any way to set our own warm ups?
The 5/3/1 app made be the same people had recently been updated, and it's a phenomenal app now. This app needs an update to equal that app
Tried this and thought it was good to start so paid for the full version. Would be really nice if you could edit the main lifts, otherwise your are doing squats every day. Also a plate calculator would be good.
Automatic timer feature, auto deload, etc. are very convenient features. One suggestion might be to add .25 lb. option to list of incremental weights available, since many standard sets include it.
Good app some minor crash issues with it. Otherwise great for me to get back in decent shape
Can't get the timer to sound out when it times down.

Better than the stronglifts version
I purchased the Pro Version, and had to reinstall the app. It has locked me out of the Pro features yet gives the "You area own this item" error message. I essentially paid for additional features that I cannot use. Also, no visible way to edit or delete an entry once saved.
I'm using the free version. I've found that there are not as many auxiliary exercises as I would have expected; no dips, for instance. It's not quite as simple for supersetting as I'd like; you can't bounce back and forth between exercises without creating a new entry each time. THAT SAID, for what it's intended for (building strength in core areas), it does a good job, and feels fairly intuitive to me. I definitely plan on paying for the full version.
I use fractional .625g plates . Would be great if you could add this or make it so you can add custom values under weight plates configuration. No option for these available otherwise I would give 5*
I have been using this app for about a week now and I have found a few issues that are causing me to find a different app to track my 5x5. 1.This app has some timer issues, whether you select use different times for warm-ups and main lifts it will use the default timer no matter what setting you choose. 2. Once the timer goes off there is no way to stop It except for completing the next lift which you just started, this causes the timer to ring throughout your next set which is very annoying. 5* for fix
Moved to this from stronglifts. Not as user friendly at first but once you set it up it's actually better and easily customized.
Paid to have all the features unlocked and it was worth it. I would recommend it over Strong Lifts 5x5 which is way over priced.
While the app is not at all bad, i paid for Pro for full functionality but...... CAN'T EDIT LOGGED WORKOUT.
The paid app really needs the ability to edit total reps to above 5 for active sets and to change the weight and quantity of warmup sets to better track the workout.
Would i be changing weight every workout if i succeed on a certain weight or would i be changing weight weekly. I am asking because this looks very similar to Mehdi's 5x5 where you would change weight everytime you succeeded on a weight

I wish you could change the squats to different variation if you wanted to like front squats. But all in all great app

I am considering recommending this because of your great 5/3/1 app but it seems that the specific main exercises are locked and not variable. Also it seems it is locked to a 5x5 rep scheme with no option to change to something like 3x8-10 or 3x5-7 to make it suitable for other beginner A/B routines. Yes, I understand 5x5 is in the name but it would be nice to use this for more than just a specific variant of 5x5. Any chance of updating to support variants? "Gym Mate" does not seem to support beginner A/B splits Ability to change exercises and sets / reps would be ideal Thanks
