SAP Fieldglass Time Entry

Just like everything else SAP, this sucks. For starters, it just doesn't work. Logs in, brings up time sheet, and then just freezes when trying to select a day to add hours. Seriously, who on earth thinks SAP makes a user friendly, intuitive product? Someone must be getting a huge kickback for using this company.

The app seems simple enough and easier to figure out than the web site. I wish, in either case, that I could plug in my hours, tell it if I had a lunch, how long I was out for lunch and have the program calculate my hours for me. And differentiate between offer time and regular hours on its own based on the weekly total not the individual days. Also having the time clock roll over (circular), and roll smoother would simplify the use.

Fieldglass has to be the absolute worst time submission system ever developed. None of it is user friendly.

Unusable! Not Mobile Ready!! Needs more work

This app is so hard to use. I don't give negative reviews very often but this deserves it. I can't do even the simple task you can online.

Utterly dysfunctional application and website. It wouldn't even let me register !

I can't log in. Unfortunately, SAP seems to have a lot of problems with it's time keeping products.

The app is so much faster than using the website love it makes things so much easier

This sucks, I can't log in, using the correct information..and it's the only way my company wants us to submit our my hours. This app is actually affecting me financially. I may not get paid on Friday because it's screwed

Simple things done badly - screen size not relative to the device, hrs requested when units required are days and only evident when trying to submit. Give me Harvest everytime!

When everyone else tells you you are wrong, it doesn't matter if you are right or think you are right, you are, by general consensus, wrong. Doesn't tell you when your passwords expired, so you continue to input the old one until it locks your account, which it doesn't tell you either. Buttons missing, not working. I hate using this useless app. A complete waste of time & effort. Tax payers money would be better used scrapping this and Capita and letting people submit times direct. Rant over. Drop the mic.

Doesn't automatically fit-to-screen, doesn't save user name, doesn't really do much of anything except auto populate today's time to match yesterday and make me turn my phone sideways. ...and the help is barely helpful too.

There are a lot of stupid business rules implemented like warning if over 8 hours. Thats true of the website too. Aside from that it is mostly ok. Big issue I hit is trying to log in with expired password. It just won't let you in and doesn't prompt to change like website. Aside from that it clears username so it has to be entered from timeout screen. 4 stars outside of the issues. Business rules... Does my employer own those? New company that has entry for time in and out plus meals. That calculates hours thst must match total hours worked. It is seriously bugged for updating and comparing those values.

I can log in and the app will let me edit hours for a day, but there is NO save button visible on my Moto X. I can not save changes. This app is USELESS. I can see that other people are having the same problem. what does it take to get this fixed?!

I would never recommend this garbage to my worse enemy, how the hell does any responsible corporation uses this app. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT.

A dumpster fire of an app. Please hire actual experienced developers. The work experience kid knocked this together over the weekend.

Worked great on iPad/iPhone, but switched back to Android a couple of months ago, and this version hasn't worked. When I go to a certain day, the times are already there and correct, but there isn't a save button, or if you press the back arrow at the top left, it doesn't update the main timecard. LG V20(AT&T H910)

Garbage. Fieldglass requires frequent password changes, but you can't change it via the app, and you can't even login at that point. Frequent glitches. Cant change or fix or withdraw timesheets (which you may want to do after a glitch...)

Save option should show after entering hours but no option to save or submit.

I have used the same password and username for months and now it's telling me I have incorrect info! Locked me out. This happened a few weeks ago and I wasn't able to log in, missing the deadline and didn't get paid that week. Fix your app!!!

This app is really rubbishy. It's pointless. I tried to login several times and it failed, saying my creds were wrong! Logged in on my desktop using the web page with the same creds and it worked first time. Don't bother downloading 'cos it sucks.

Garbage. Most of the time unable to submit anything, I have been paid late multiple times as a result. The website works but still a pain to use.

Save and submit buttons aren't visible unless you first swipe down the notification bar. It's unnecessarily trying to use the full screen.

Does not separate billing accounts when entering time. Cannot record time to correct cost code. Unfortunately this makes it unusable. Disappointing... Uninstalling

I enter in the times and when I look at the view of the week it says 0 hours on the days I entered my times into.

Just installed it today, Oct 27th, and the log in doesn't work. I'm logged in the desktop platform and np. Android app does not work.

The submit buttons are not visible on the device. It feels like the button positions are hard coded rather than relative to the view. If the phone is rotated to landscape, the buttons will appear at the bottom but still cut off by the edge of the device. The missing buttons are the only thing keeping this from being a 4 or 5 star review.

How can a large software company deploy garbage apps like this? Why does it need to be looking at what devices are connected to my WiFi network? Can't login, system back button doesn't respond. You are better served, not by much as it is garbage also, with the website. Hire some experienced developers who can design an app and working website.

This app should be removed from the Play Store until the author fixes the glaring issues that basically render it useless at best!

Quicker than entering timesheet in the website. I like that the app remembers your last time in/ time out entry and automatically fills it out for each day, so you can quickly review and submit. Works just fine on my device. Wish the app would save my login info or at least my username.

It won't save my time when I put how many hours I worked that day.... so I have to go the other website to enter my time and save it. Don't bother downloading

The draft buttons aren't visible so I downloaded this app for no reason. I can only see the sheets but editing is not available Samsung gs6

You can't actually submit time sheets with this app; it just records a draft and says it will send to supplier to review, but actually saves as a draft so every week you need to log in on the web and submit the sheet anyway. The help screen is just 4 images saying you can enter your hours and press submit. Thanks.

I can't submit blank time sheets because the option to choose leave is not an option. I've tried the apps help link which is useless. Please improve this app!!
