Sysco Counts for Android
Won't pull up ANYTHING on my app on my phone. My laptop it works fine, but can't carry laptop around the kitchen please fix
I do I hate this app. I have never written a bad review before.
Going from us foods app to sysco its not user friendly everything is blank even when i look up an item i get no results
Doesn't work on Android Lollipop.
Always a blank page. No items appear. Even if you use the photo option to scan a product bar code.

Very large file. Very slow app. Don't find it very easy to use at all. Need a lot of work.

Nice app but it keeps screwing up my login. I am unable to log in even with CORRECT information and the "updates"
This could be a very useful app. It frequently says no results found when searching catalog even when searching for "pretzel" or "chicken". Lag is terrible. Used twice to send order, both times order never came even though I was given a confirmation.

Don't think this is compatible across platforms. Was originally set up for our account on an ipad mini, I am using a Galaxy Note 2. I could log in before the last update but, I dont think it ever synced properly. Now I can't login at all with the same username and password that was given to us by Sysco.
Can't log in
Cant save the order once its been submitted. If you want to go back and look at something, your out of luck...

Has, great potential, but foodservice people weren't involved enough on development. The program flat out doesn't work, yet they still show it.

I was able to log on once, but now all I get is an error. I hope Sysco will fix this problem because this would be a huge help. I am rooting for you Sysco!

Scrolling is all over the place. Jumps all over when trying to add inventory.
I was finally able to use the app to place a Sysco Order. My rep confirmed receiving the order. Very pleased. This is really going to help my team here. Thank you Sysco for investing resources for this. Please continue to evolve this application.
*** update*** well they are still improving.. wish when I remove an item that it stays gone.(inventory side so far) order worked so far with a small test order. Keep it up guys. Also would like to see photo issues all the way around fixed.

....I'd be happy to rate it. But as so many others I cannot login on my mobile. Only my iPad. For now, lame.
Have set up account with Sysco rep but can't login getting error message "The application was unable to perform an offline login. A first online login is required to be able to use the offline login" but I am online (all other applications work online on my tablet). Will speak with my rep again.
For those that are having issues. Your sales Rep must set up the account for you. Contact your rep for help creating a login and password. There are several steps in the process.
Works great on ipad. Android version needs serious tweeking. Cannot even scroll up or down through items. And super super slow response time. Guess ill check back another time and hope it works.
I tried this app on both Android and Ipad. Wouldn't work at all on Android, installed on an Ipad mini, got it to come up at home, thought maybe it might be useful with some modifications to make it work with my way of categorizing my foods, etc. but when I tried using it at work I couldn't even get it to load the information from my account, kept timing out the Ipad. I'm going to try using a Window 8 tablet/laptop with eSysco and see if that works, right now this app is not dependable enough for business use.
Our sysco rep told us this app worked well with ipad or iphone not android. We have tried both and cannot log in on android devices, but it works great with our ipad. Give them time and they will work out the kinks!
Installed. App but can't use it it asks for a user name and password yet doesn't Give me the option To set up an account
Found this out from watching TV actually. Have yet to speak with my sysco rep but this app is non responsive for me. I haven't heard anything from my guy about this app so I have to assume it is s fairly new and still working out the kinks

This is supposed to be a tablet app, but it doesn't even work on the most popular one. Sysco FAIL! Will reevaluate when fixed...
If anyone is having problems try downloading the PDF user guide it explains the initial start up procedure. First day using it will re-rate once I use it more
Love it.
It will get there..... Soon I hope For the first release it is handy. As for those who can not log in talk to your sysco rep or read the notes before downloading. It has some issues but talked with sysco and they have listened so far. Give them time guys it will get there. Will continue to use as long as they keep improving it as well.
