Santam app for Android
would be good if there was date periods on activities, example how long is the std for an activity. Also what is the next activity. Enquiries always deals around questions like: "how long will it take" or what is the next step. If I do not see movement on an activity I will eventually have to call. What about live chat with a consultant?
Could not use it. Says something about rooted devices. Although my device is not rooted.
Doesn't send through my reports crashes continuously.
Doesn't load Countries when registering so ultimately cant register. When fixed I will rate it more.
Amazing App, very user friendly and links very quickly with my insurer.
App says my Redmi 3 is rooted, which it is not.

Keeps prompting for username and password. Even though it's correct it still does not login. Have uninstalled the app.

The one time pin received doesn't work when attempting to log in. Additionally the website client portal sucks so bad! Who still uses IE 9???
The ID number field has a bug. It does not recognise a valid 13 digit ID number

I'm doing my first marathon in 4hrs. I've registered 6hrs ago and never received any confirmation. Please assist Urgently!!!!
Cant track claim. Cant add other products. AT accidents no function to choose if its a traffic officer attending the accident scene.

Poorly designed app. User experience needs to be improved
Registered, never received confirmation code. Now tried to reset password never received email, cannot troubleshoot as no email is provided. This is incredibly frustrating.
Downloaded it for the "be safe" feature and tried testing it from airport to home location. It can't find my start location, it can't find my end location and it's very unusable. How did you do usability tests with this app?! It's the worst app I've used in years.
Be Safe function could be much better. It would be great if you could save frequently used locations. When I leave work late at night, I don't want to sit in my car fiddling with my phone typing in locations, because that is dangerous. I also thought family without the app would be able to track me, but seems not. If they can't track me, there is no real point to using this function.
It keeps telling me invalid email when i try to register. Please assist...... Two weeks later and no reply and still cannot access the app..... Really crappy Santam!!!
I registered, got emailed a password, copy and pasted it - was told "password incorrect". Same for the password reset!

Was OK until it says my policy expired and I can't relink it to view the status of my claim. And no one at the call center knows what to do!
