Great, but could be better. Lots of bugs. Keeping my review at 4 stars for now, but may change it to 3, because of this. Frequently traps you in a single pain entry screen and won't let you go back. Also it is very hard to leave comments on a popular post as the page refreshes as it will shoot up back up to the top everytime there is a new comment. It would be nice to have medications to the graph to track effectiveness of various drugs and how long they take to kick in.

This is just what I needed and is simple easy for me a autistic person to navigate and learn. Only things are it is a bit slow and temperamental. Not as smooth running as I'd like. But for me it's worth putting up with it to use it and waiting around to hope it gets fixed. Lastly, the weather doesn't seem to update properly. I really wish this feature would work. And I'm not sure if I buy the weather ad on if that will fix it. Right now adding temp manually. But other add ons worth it to buy

Wow, I really see how useful this is to track my meds and pain. With Fibro it's so difficult to explain the roving waves of pain, plus all the side ailments like ibs, allodynia, migraine etc, ect. I want to show the doctor, because it is so hard to talk about the pain. This program would show them what we face on a day to day basis. Plus, the community page makes me feel like I'm not alone . Maybe it will even help me see what triggers an all out flair. Thanks!

I had first uploaded the Pain Companion and fell in love with the community there. But needed to have option to e-mail pain diary. I love the ease of logging my daily pain. Am still figuring it out but wish there was a way to log smaller time periods (or that I could figure out how). Also after you type so many words it keeps locking up in the comment area of pain journal. Having recently been in a car accident my pain levels change often throughout the day.

Initially I thought this would be a great app to track my aches and pains. When I open the app a new pain diary opens. After I input all the info on each tab and enter notes and click done, it keeps going back to the entry part again. It wants me to input another pain entry. I tap the Home symbol, it cycles back to another new entry. I want to look at my history but i can't. I can't even edit anything. Going to uninstall!

L70%
by L####:

Bit slow and clunky, think I'd rather keep my own excel spread sheet. It's disappointing that you can't edit things like meds and some other parts. The best part is showing the pain on the body and the colour system for this. It is quite interesting to see how and where things are affecting you.

K70%
by K####:

There are too many glitches and missing functions to make this useable. When editing an entry it gets stuck in a loop, saying if you return to home you'll loose the entry. You cannot permanently add a pain description such as 'ache', instead having to input each time. The graph gives a body % of pain but no info on where the pain was. The time gets stuck on 12 hours sometimes, and editing it isn't easy like it needs to be when I'm in pain and grumpy! The list goes on... but I like the weather function.

K70%
by K####:

Don't buy the add-ons. AFTER I buy the weather add-on I get an email saying this app no longer receives support and I should download the new one. Additionally the weather data isn't ever accurate! !! I have to manually type it in and even if it did, that data isn't shown on the reports so what's the point? It was $2.99 and I would like a refund so I can buy a more functional app.

W70%

Needed a hassle free way to keep a pain journal, found it here! Sure had to pay some additional costs for add-ons but still cheaper and easier to use the a number of other options. Grateful.

F70%
by F####:

Excellent app for keeping track of pain and other symptoms associated with my chronic health problems. Useful for printing off charts to accompany benefit applications etc and to illustrate otherwise hard to describe collections of symptoms. Please add a UK database as Fibromyalgia is unrecognised as is Pernicious anaemia. Maybe add a section for logging medical appointments and results etc? Otherwise a great idea.

It keeps you too busy to be in pain and you love yakking on the phone get this app ON THE DOUBLE!!! I have excruciating pain and I love being on the phone this app is the best for pain management it takes my mind off the pain and I make new friends this is better than any doctor's appointment it's God's hands at work!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

K70%
by K####:

Love it BUT the Done button will not work and also will not allow me to go back to home page to enter in a new log for same day. Can you help?

P70%
by P####:

It would be better if instead of saying "Happiness" it said "Pain Scale" and added a couple of more facial expressions. It also would be great if the pain model was printed out along with the graph so your Doctor's can see visually where you had the pain and to what degree on the pain model.

K70%
by K####:

Easy to use, helpful to draw pain and have visual. Love ability to print and email. Wish it had more reports. Love the charts.

This app looked really good, I have fibromyalgia and wanted to be able to track my pain and weather changes. However after opening the app I saw that a good amout of the features were pay to use, including the weather tracking for humidity and pressure changes.

Uninstalled straight away. Tried adding pain symptoms as having a flare up and kept freezing. Dont need this stress ontop of a flare uo. Wouldnt reccommend

You end up having to pay if you want to use the important parts of the app. Disappointed

Server goes down alot which can be very frustrating. However the communit is awesome.

K70%

I can't log in even tried to get a new password nothing even reinstall nothing nobody needs that all my info is on there

T70%

The reports could be structured a little differently so that the data is a little easier to sift through in reports. Sometimes the time frame is hard to set to what you actually want but overall I enjoy the app

T70%
by T####:

I edit pain charts and can not get to main menu no matter what I do. Press done, returns to edit. Press home, asks if I'm done editing and I say yes, returns me to edit. Do we have to edit app to get back to home page?! Running 5.1 android.

Good app so far

T70%

If you could add just one thing it would be a place to keep track of food and drink intake then it would be perfect.

Would be beneficial for us to have different colours as some pains indicate different things also different symptoms as well as pain. E.g purple for Brain fog.

K70%

So far so god. I like the app, because I can track now when I'm in pain and when not. Maybe there is a pattern which we haven't found.

Nice pain traker.

This app has the best pain recording system I've found. Some aspects need to be paid extra for, 4 payments later it's all working and I can use it online too. It feels like the cost was hidden, I'd have been more than happy just to buy it all at once and then I'd be reviewing the benefits of the app rather than my tedious experience being drained. Assume the app costs $14 and you'll be more than happy. I've just say up medication reminders, it doesn't rival medisafe but with some work it might get there.

R70%
by R####:

No ads! Doing the initial form is extensive, frustrating, but worth it. Once ALL of that has been done its smooth sailing, not time consuming. I appreciate being able to map pain on the body. The free version is stripped of weather, sleep, other vital info. The human figure turns but doesnt note L side, R side. Cant enlarge tiny text. The quality of the paid version is probably 5 stars, free is three. Both show that a lot of effort was put into this app like the databases for meds and dx.

T70%
by T####:

The "pinch to zoom" is nice but there doesn't appear to be any way scroll around the body diagram and it causes unintended highlighting. Very awkward interface. When entering dates and times for pain entries and medication entries the date and time always reverts to current date and time. Even though I selected a previous date and time. When I press Done it reverts to current. Not useful.

P70%

This is a very useful app. Helps keep an accurate record of pain levels and conditions surrounding the fluctuations in pain levels.

Absolutely love all the details you have with this. You can record all of your minor or major pains, you can share them with your drs and the community forum is a great bunch of people who make you feel welcomed to their group and don't mind listening to your long winded pain stories.
