Pain Diary - CatchMyPain for Android
I have been using this for a long time, had to uninstall as it would not save. Yesterday it would not let me create a new entry as it was transferring. Now it is stuck on 16% synchronizing.
This is to be a help for people, yet you want us to pay for some of it.
Forces you to use cloud back up, I don't see another option, I want to keep my data on my device
Trouble scrolling on pain description but overall is easy and logical to use
I love to look at what I can write and see about my pain and other stuff.
Seems like this could work for me
Crap
Very nice to use, good app.
Awesome
Great app, bit glitchy on my samsung galaxy tab 2. Bit hard to use if your pain is inconsistent & you have no concept of time.
Worked for a sec, but as soon as I tried to create an entry is closed and stopped working
Provides the service I need. Good tabs for keeping a detailed record of pain.
Close up/more detail, of face, hands and feet.
I have shown my Dr this and she now can see when if been in a lot of pain plus the forum is a good idea!
This app provides a way to keep track of daily pain. You can even as your own descriptives, like OA, IBS, RA, Lupus...etc. And there is a community full of people suffering from chronic pain, various causes and degrees, and we all understand what chronic pain does to our lives. But everyone is helpful with suggestions. It's like we are a community family. ☺
Just tried it. It would be pretty good once set-up except that it will not allow one to adjust the duration when logging pain. Something that hurts for 20 Min. is different then something that hurts for 2 hours vs. something that hurts unchanged for 24 hours. This app seems locked at 24 hour duration. What good is that? Can't track pain over time if I can't specify the times I'm in pain. Can't correlate it to actions if I can't record the time of the pain in relations to the time of actions and time of day. Really guys... the whole point of a pain diary is to track correlations to help treat pain in relation to possible causes and body rhythms. How much pain is less important than when the pain occurs. Pretty basic function that makes the app sort of useless without it. Kind of like a bicycle without handlebars.
I'm still new to using it, but I'm looking it so far. I like coloring in where the pain is and that I can change the intensity of the pain.
I'm testing it now.
I highly recommend this app for anyone in chronic pain and / or a connective tissue disorder
Makes it easy to track different types of pain AND share it with your drs months after you felt the pain. It helps the Dr get a more accurate view of my daily pain struggles.

Ca n help with keeping track love it

I've lived with chronic neck and low back pain for now 20 years and 2 low back surgeries and one neck with two artificial disc implants and I visit my pain management doc every 30 days. It is so helpful to have something I can show him. The bonus is the data really is transferable! I have two iDevice's and just today bought a Samsung Galaxy tablet and now I can take the smaller device with me to my appt (as it happens-Tomorrow!) and I can show my doctor and nurse the data. So helpful to take it w/you.
Okay
This the best app for tracking Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility type pain I have found so far. Thank you.
I would love it but the freeze/stall glitches prevent it
Great for monitoring pain and sharing it with g.p.
Easy and fast

Froze up
Lowering my rating from 5 stars to 3. Sick of having to completely uninstall/reinstall every time I want to use app for last three months due to freezing during start up. Have emailed tech and commented in forum and had zero response. Right now if there was another app remotely as comprehensive I would probably swap.
I am sue this will hep me and my doc...thanks
Freezes up when searching for ICD-10 codes.
great app!
I love this app. It has everything I need to keep records of my pain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has chronic pain.
Easy to use and keep logs of your pain. I love that I can talk with other pain sufferers who are going through the same.
This is a really useful app, And it functions very well. I love it very much.

This is a perfect app for me, I like it much better than their new app, the drawing on this app is more accurate, and I personally prefer this one because it is not community based but seems to be more private from what I can tell. This is a great app for documenting my pain and sharing with my doctor so that my doctor can better understand. Great app. A big Thank You to its creators.
