Sanitas customer portal app

Great app! Includes all the useful functionalities of the desktop Sanitas customer portal on the mobile phone! Easy scan of medical documents, nice overview of the benefits, claims and payments. The vaccination pass is also pretty useful! Well-made navigation and design!

The app does not work. Xiaomi Redmi 3. Android 5.1.1

Login window is displayed over and over again when I try to scan documents on Android 5.1.

This app is great! I have all my insurance details with me on the go, an overview of my franchise and the possibility to easily scan bills for Sanitas to pay!

Update 2. April 2017: Jetzt funktioniert der Dokumentenscanner gar nicht mehr, die App stürzt ab, wenn ich ein Dokument scannen will. ---------------- Der Dokumentenscanner fokussiert wie es ihm beliebt, wenn der Auslöser betätigt wird, macht er das Foto, egal ob scharf gestellt ist oder nicht. Der Fingerabdruck-Scanner wird nicht unterstützt, man muss jedes mal das Passwort eingeben. Im iPhone geht's doch auch?

App won't scan documents since the recent update?

Crashes every single time I try to scan a document.

Eigentlich eine super app, aber der Dokumentenscan funktioniert nicht beim S7, somit für mich nutzlos. (app crashed wenn man versucht ein Dokument zu scannen)

App stopped working, retried 4 times, had to log in again every time, very frustrating.

the app does not allow lenguage change. I have to modify the entired OS lenguage, and if the lenguage is not one of the four supported the default is german.!? this is crap since I have to use the app and I am in French speaking region..

Dokumentenscan funktioniert nicht mit Samsung Galaxy S7. Somit nicht zu gebrauchen.

Die App an sich ist nicht soo schlecht. Aber ein paar Probleme gibts es. 1. Dokumente (z.B. Auszug für Steuern) können nicht ausgedruckt oder gespeichert werden. 2. Beim Dokumentenscan ist die Kamera 'upside down' - etwas mühsam beim scannen. 3. Kontakt: leere Seite und Fehlermeldung 'Unfortunately an error occured' Device: Nexus 5x, Android 6.0.1, Build MMB29P, OS and App-Language: English

It requires additional verification code via SMS every times I sign in. I am not sure that this SMS is free service or I have to pay myself. If it is not free, it is really a turn off.

Nachdem der SMS Code angefordert wurde und dieser eingegeben wurde, funktioniert das Login Feld nicht. Nach zehnmal draufdrücken geht es dann, aber jedes mal steht dann da, dass der Logincode expired sei

Wenn Rückforderungsbeleg scanned wird (HTC), ist Resolution so schlecht dass man per Mail aufgefordert wird (ein paar Tage später) Beleg nochmals einzusenden. Noch immer nicht fixed. Tja, werde de-installieren.

As far as I can tell there is only a german version...

I use the online account a lot and i was happy with the App being available and i downloaded it the day it was released. The fact that it was German only was a bum and thought it was going to have an update to fix this. But from the reply of one of the devs in the comments he said its based on the device language. Well, my device language is English and the App defaults to German which is useless. I understand French but not German. The choice to pick your own language is a must in any App. It would 5 stars

Ich habe mich sofort nach dem Download zurechtgefunden. Alle Funktionen vom Online-Tool sind da und dazu noch einfacher zu bedienen. Diese Benutzerfreundlichkeit einer App bin ich mir sonst nur gewohnt in England. Gratulation!

No way of changing to a language other than German...even after being assured that it is available in several languages I can't see how to change it.

Alle Funktionen die ich mir wünsche sind enthalten. Absolut gelungen! Ausserdem ist es einfach zu bedienen und hat ein sinnvolles Design.

Manca la scelta della lingua! il mio telefono è impostato in inglese, ma l'app è in tedesco. Se non è disponibile in inglese dovrei poter scegliere tra le 3 lingue disponibili.
