Sanford Guide:Antimicrobial Rx

I have bought a 47th edition sanford guide book and now downloaded this app as suggested by the book. I have to again buy and subscribe for 1 year. This is not good move. Atleast u should have allowed those having book for free access with some code or something. Sorry have unistall it. Cant spend such huge amount again

The information is unparalleled, though the interface is a bit clunky and the tables are slow to render and slow to respond. It's still my most-used medical app alongside UTD and LexiComp.

Sanford guide has been indispensable to me ever since I was in training. Previous versions had issues with the Activity Spectra table, but the newest version fixed it! Highly recommend as a resource for any clinician.

Worth the price of admission for the spectrum of activity tables alone! Too much for my tiny brain to keep straight!

For all of us doctors now living outside USA mainland getting information up to date from well known publishers like this one is a daunting task. I really appreciate this initiative. A very welcomed one. For the fee you have to pay I think it goes accordingly to how much you use this app in your daily practice. For me being accurate in a world full of antibiotics missed used is so important. To have your guidelines and protocols at you fingertips.... PRICELESS!!

Great application. Yes, it requires a subscription, however, the data is priceless which in a pinch and need to know at least where to start a more in depth query.

Thirty bucks a year? Seriously overpriced. The print version is only $20.

Almost everything that I need with regards to antibiotics is in this app. I love it!

This must be another way of selling things i guess, because the publisher says it is free but after you download it you have to subscribe and pay, that makes it not free. Some fellas have left a comment about it , but the publishers answers always same... ridixulous , becouse you are pretending like good hearted but no difference from others. I recommend you to change the free option,demand the price and once it is downloaded offer a free subscription

Quick answers for ID questions are good but multiple links to primary literature are just cheating. Could be a bit more thorough on the actual drugs themselves (dosing, kinetics, etc.)

I saw the app being offered for free. I knew there was no way for it to be free. Quality of content too valuable. BUT when you see the annual subscription price and what a good deal it is, all is forgiven. Tremendous app. Thanks.

This application has help me, obtain accurate treatment, according to specific patients needs. It's really easy to search for disease and their treatment, providing the best and alternatives as well. Absolutely amazing worth the money.

Subscription entry page is all you see on this advertised-as-free "App" - very disappointing - although the Guides are actually worth the cost. But the App shouldn't say Free just to get us to click

Definitely a guide that will help you out there, frequently updated, everything clinicians need to know about Abx

Don't like to have to rate to get rid for good of corresponding popping up invitation and therefore give only mediocre rating.

I use it at least 3 to 4 times a week and continue to pick up new pearls

After my subsc expire, I can use without update or can not use absolutely.

Downloading the content is free but you have to pay for access. Dishonest marketing!
