FINALLY!, a memory management tool that works!!! So i'm exuberant?? Why not???? Having trashy OS that downloads everything to the core memory, then hides much of it unless you root the phone? Let's say well done. SanDisc is doing the job. The only negative? Make all cloud storages available. Yandex Disc would be great, they don't botch up your photos.

Love SanDisk. Bought a couple cheap cards now-and regret it. But trying to use this to 'fix' problem areas to get my pics back. When I get more cash-getting a Huge'-@ least 256 gb SanDisk card(&fastest write speed also) for my SG 7 Active-an IP68 Mil Grade Celly that deserves some real power under the hood=>

Thus far a substantial contrast in comparison to other app's claiming the same provided service. Finally an app that actually does what it claims. I cannot understand the point of false claims and advertising a bunk no good waste of time application. With our privacy anonyimity going down the toilet, this helps.

Originally got a Dual USB drive that didn't seem to work so I Installed this app to maybe make it work, It didn't! Talked to a Geek and found my Android tablet will not recognize the drive. The app Really helps with freeing up the internal memory by moving stuff to the SD card, organizing it and still having it seamlessly available

It was a good apps before. But right now I was unable to use it anymore. The apps keeps crashing the second I open it. Before this it work flawlessly but right now it's just a useless app that eating my internal storage. I can't even connect my SanDisk OTG using this app. Please fix this!

On this new version, it froze on 87% back up. Also manually keeps failing to move files without explanation. Just keeps saying failed. Please fix & I will gladly change my rating thanks.

My phone hasn't got sd card slot so this app has been very useful along with dual micro sub device to backup my forks to. It's so easy to use too

This app helps me keep my phone's memory as empty as possible. It identifies files 50%? better than my native storage app, so I can delete or move to SD card.

I bought this memory card to load my music library into. It is too hard to find the song you're looking for you have to search and search yes there is a voice search but with a lot of background noise that doesn't work very well

Life is better now. Birds sing more, people are smiling, less pressure at work, the air has a fresh scent. Second only to knowing Jesus saved me, this SanDisk program is the best thing in my life. (Don't tell my wife and kids.)

This app is perfect and I recommend it to all. Helps keeps my phone contacts, photos, videos, and all my data backed up to my Micro SD card. Makes it easier to switch phones also.

A great app to clear your files from your phone and then download to a SanDisk USB device. Freeing up storage and giving you the option to clear all space taking storage apps from your devices. 6 stars

Concept of this app is good although design itself is not that good. App is not stable enough as it encounter random crash numerous time, please provide fix in upcoming updates.

Not at all a good file manager. Closes automatically within two seconds from opening plz solve the issue

Major flaw keeps it from being perfect... I like the dark user interface, it's easy on the eyes, and doesn't drain the battery. It can decompress .zip files. It can interface with a lot of cloud storage options. If only it could create new folders, then it would be perfect.

It doesn't recognise my phone,even though it's compatible. Waste of time and money

Very hard to use also i backed up my photos and videos then deleted videos off my phone, few months later I backs up photos again it duplicates them every time instead of just backing up photos that have been taken since the laat back up, the drive is now full and cannot find which ones are duped as there are 3000 photos!!!! BAD

I think, due to ignorance, that I deleted files, before I stopped the deleting action. Now I don't know how to retrieve them. I'm really pissed at myself for pushing some button when I didn't know what would happen. Can you help ?

The app is ok but it can't even recognise my sadisk dual drive model even though the dive said I had to get this app.

This app turned out to be pretty awesome, except that my husband didn't know that I needed the package for the codes, and he threw it away!!

I really like this app. I can store all my stuff get it out of my phone storage and actually know where its at and retreave what I want when I want it. It took me a minute to get it running but working good. Yep I really like this app. If you want to have control over your storage give this a try.

As a Type-C USB users, it is always been a hard life to transfer files as the smartphone security disapprove external drive. Luckily, I met Sandisk and that has ease my life to transfer media and files. Good job.

The Best! The most efficient way to manage your stored files in one convenient location. Moving files between my SD card and my smartphone was fast and simple. Thanks Western Digital for this must have app.

I have 128GB sandisk micro sd and Now corrupt .... I lost much foto, video and memory ... This is Bad, Bad microSd not recomended

Only got the app to use the San disk dual usb drive but the drive doesn't work idk whether it is the app,my phone or the drive but still very dissapointed

Does not recognize SanDisk DualDrive 32gb. Ridiculous! If there is a driver I need to install than where is it? Awaiting your reply...

Had to restore Stylo to factory setting because volume was weak! Backed up prior and restored after! PERFECT

I used it to move files and works ok. Very useful app anyway. Best thing i liked is the tutorial on how to unlock the microSd permissions

How to eject safely my OTG? I can't find it at storage section, and the squirrel icon replace the otg connected icon. Please help

Way much better than the other competitors. Most file managers prohibit copying or moving files due to Android rules. But SanDisk managed to overcome it. I am overjoyed with SanDisk!

This app reports zero apps installed on internal storage,when I have dozens of apps installed, all on internal memory. Worthless.

Absolutely useless app . Crashes every time I open it. How can a brand like Sandisk can have a crap app

It suddenly not responding and closed when opening this app. But it can be used as a default usb reader. Im recently backup using this app and it is perfect for this!! As a user I request you to fix the starter bug ( automatically closed after 3-4 second when opened).

Man i love this now you get a pice of mind knowing your pix are safe my last 128gb samsung micro sd just stop reading for no reason and I lost over 3000 songs and 1700 pix

Tried several other apps for transferring files to a USB, none worked, then used this and in less than 5 minutes I had all my files transferred. Great easy to use and a app that works. I have a Android phone and was using a SanDisc dual USB. Highly recommend this app.
