Cal-SOAP High School Info

Cal-SOAP (California Student Opportunity and Access Program) is an outreach program of the California Student Aid commission. This information packet is designed to assist high school students in preparation for college. It includes information material about the California State University and University of California application process and requirements as well as information about the financial aid process.
