Samsung myGalaxy

Used to be a decent app as it had good offers etc, but since the update all the articles keep coming up as unread no matter how many times you read them & click on links. Pretty sure nobody has time to open each one every time a new article appears to try and figure out which ones they've seen before.

Every day this app tells me its got "new" stories, but its actually the same ones just flagging up as new when theyve already been read. Now ive got alerts saying unread stories that have been read. Most of the stuff on there is a pretty boring read anyway - a lot of clickbait but no substance. Overall i would delete this app if possible

No use for it. Just keeps staying on my phone saying I have 20 notifications. But i can't input my information it keeps saying I am not.connected to internet. When I clearly am.

People giving this 1 star, not realising you can get some pretty sweet offers on here. And helpful up to date official content. Jus wish there was live chat support

Hated it, how stupid app in this world always call as how people are DEAF can NOT hear on the bloody phone to speak with! Useful text not just call! Sick sick sick people never deaf wake yet! Pathetic app!!!!!!!

Can't even open the app since system update along with a few other programs that now no longer work tho updated after system update not impressed with my s6 right now

I couldn't input my information, getting a message saying there wasn't an internet connection everytime I tried. Don't say this issue has been resolved when it clearly hasn't.

Keeps saying no Internet access and can't proceed when I am connected and using this app to write the review online. I expected better from Samsung...

Says I can install Good Lock on my S6, then says it's not available for my device, then says I have no network connection, when there's nothing wrong with my network connection. Absolute rubbish.

Uverly difficult to use. Really can't get on with it. Wouldn't recommend.

You say on other replies that you've resolved issue with connecting on signing in/ registering. Still not working. Please fix.

Don't know what use this is. Seems a waste of space.

It keeps saying connect to internet when I'm already connected and it won't go any further than entering your details.

Asked for email but wouldn't accept input therefore had wrong email

Ever since I installed this app all it says is its refreshing my content...very frustrating as I love everything Samsung..

Like other users have said I get notified of stories/links bit whenever I clicked it's the same one's with no relation to the notification I received

Don't need it and can not uninstall it's making my storage full (j5 samsung) 8gigabytes, and I do not have facebook I AM 10

Images in the lists flickered and flashed and then the app closed. Also offers are missing from this new version

It is excellent because I have a Motorola And I erased everything on backup and reset then I pressed "Gt-19505" And then It said Restoring and all the Samsung Galaxy s4 apps Came on it including this App So I singed in and I done 1 thing on it i done "editing my profile" "By Harry Taylor" X
