Samsung ADH Core

I am struggling to leave a comment here because it keeps throwing me off. I finally got to register the app which I struggled with for so long now I see the terms and conditions says you must register within 30 days of purchase this sucks because I only found out about this app when my screen got cracked a year after purchase.

Purchased my samsung j1 a two weeks ago and screen broke yesterday. Only found out about this app now and I cant use this app on another device

It is really disappointing that I won't be able to get my screen repaired because I downloaded the ADH Core app and registered my phone after 30 days of purchase. I was not informed about the ADH Core cover during the purchasing of my cellphone and now that I have it is too late to be covered. Is there perhaps a way around this since my phone is still relatively new or is there no chance of getting it under the ADH Core cover?

I forgot my username and password. How do I recover both?

Tried both ADH premium and Core versions, product not found error. DEVICE: Samsung Galaxy Tab with S pen.

When I applied it didnt want so take my email address so I just tiped in something and it worked but nou I cant remember my username or password now I have the app on my fone and if something happens I wont be able to get my warranty because I dont know any of my details :|

I had the app went to a samsung store and they told me. They cant repair my screen. They only do the S3,4,5,6 and notes

Hi, I've tried registering but every time I complete what I have to a blue screen saying "trying to get property of non object" appears and nothing further happens. Please help

Unable to complete registration because I am not receiving an opt number.

Unable to complete the registration process , contacted the support service via e-mail and supplied relevant info and still no resolve.

I cant register i dont knowo why because im also not receving opt is it me doing something wrong or something wrong with the app

I have downloaded the app but when I try to register it says my phone imea is not on the system. I took a break and when I revisited the app it says the device is not in the region it was issued at. I bought my phone in Italy and I am in Botswana how do I register?
