Why is this model not supported? It's a premium device and has the most useful feature. Dual sim. Carriers hold us in 24 month contracts and have a dual sim gives you the freedom to get the best signal. You should. Make more dual sims available in High end devices.

This app is absolutely useless, can't even get my Galaxy S7 Edge registered. I fill in all the fields and when I hit register the form just jumps to the top and nothing else happens. No error message or anything. What is the use of this warranty if you can't register your device. Absolutely useless. UPDATE - Registered successfully, the problem was the password was too long but no error message to tell me this. Update the app to show relevant error messages and I'll rate 5 stars.

Coukd be a great service but when you actually need it adh does not deliver on its rosy promises. I made a claim and adh appointed a date and time to collect my device and deliver loan device. It has been 8 days since this was supposedly to happen. Now i get a call to say that adh does not do loan devices anymore and that is why they never picked up my device. Bravo adh. I knew i should have bought an apple i phone

Great app and Samsung initiative. Good way to keep people with Samsung. I have an S5, so while it has landed in water many times, it is waterproof (luckily!). My husband has made use of ADH for a screen repair on his S4, and it was absolutely free. Amazing!

First of all, when I downloaded the app, I got the message that the warranty has expired . I called the ADH office and a consultant told me to send the proof of purchase and that they would update their system. 2 days later, they called me to arrange to pick up my phone (in a week's time). It's been 3 days post the agreed date and no one even bothers to communicate with me. I have sent them an email yesterday to find out when they intend to collect my device, but no reply still.... really frustrating.

This Service is unbelievable. At a time when I thought I had to throw my phone away due to the damage. Samsung ADH repaired my phone like new. Thought it was a hoax. But it turns out they give you a loan device while they repair your broken device and courier it to your doorstep. Unbelievable until you need it. And it's FREE!

I am trying to login to my ADH profile after I had reset my Note 3 and I have forgotten my password. I actioned the password reset option and got the OTP and when I attempted to create a password, I got the following error "The username you have used does not match the one you have on the system". I entered my email address as it asked for email/username. I know that my email is correct as I still have the confirmation email from when I registered. Please assist.

I had adh core on my previous phone S5 mini. I upgraded to an S6 edge and i tried to register on the adh app it took my old phone off and let me register my new phone. But after I typed in my information and selects submit it keeps on jumping to the top of the page the whole time and does not want to go further. No error is showing and all my information was typed in correctly.

I registered a few months ago and can't go into the app now, I tried changing my password cause I couldn't remember it but now it says my user name is different as well? What can I do to retrieve both username ánd password?

Really disappointed. The app was installed and activated the day I'm purchased my S5. Screen got cracked for the 1st time in almost 2 years and when I called adh to make a claim they keep on insisting that it's not activated yet the app shows that it is active. Had to wait for a week to get it sorted and had to make in so many calls at my cost to find out what's going on eventually they decided to pick it up. Really upset. However I do appreciate that it is getting sorted out.

I thought I would give Samsung this because I went to a registered Samsung repair center. My Note 5's screen was broken and I took it in to be fixed. The center said that unfortunately there isn't parts for the phone so they will send it in and I will get a new Note 5. 3 Weeks past and they called and said they don't have any Note 5's would I mind if they replaced it with an S7 Edge and I said that would be great! I got my new phone in that week and it's awesome!

Downloaded the App twice now and it does not want to open at all. I also upgraded my phone Nov 2016 and was never told about this service. Until now a friend of mine saw that my screen was cracked and I mentioned that it was going to cost me R1400 to replace. She said no Samsung has dis great service of 1st screen free. All these years I've been a Samsung fan and never ever has anyone told us about this service. And now I can't get this App to open up and also see that we were supposed to register within a certain time frame. How should we have known this if no one informed us?

Pretty much a useless app, samsung does not care about people. And honestly if I could rate it lower my rating would go into the minuses. I have the samsung galaxy s7 edge with "gorilla glass" but when it fell I quickly realized that its more like 'baby plastic' than anything else. Congratulations samsung, you've just lost a customer.

It was so easy when I downloaded the app when I got my S5, screen broke and was repaired in full (face cover, charger cap, silver rims on sides) it looks like a new phone all for free. I also got the exact same borrowing phone to use while being repaired. Thank you so much to South Africa team. I'm very impressed and will get another Samsung when I upgrade!

Dont waste time with ADH. True they will repair you screen free BUT ANY other damage you will need to pay them to repair (they will repair the device to factory spec at your cost). If they don't no claim. I had a minor crack in my camera lense cover (I couldn't even tell any difference in photos) which I either had to dock up R2000 for them to fix or no claim. I could ship the part they stated doesn't come loose for R100. They use this to make money. Don't accept their quote you pay to get your phone back.

I was never advised that this was required when I bought the phone. They were quick to tell me about the free replacement but never told me there was a registration involved. I cannot believe what poor services this is. I have been mislead here by fault advertising. I see this is a common thread here so It is not just me. What now!!!!!!!

I have never used this service as my phone is working great, but now when my phones screen cracked probably due to the heat produced by the phone, after logging in ADH says expired and can't log a problem on the app. Frustrated!

No one tells you that you only have 30 days to register!! Ive always been a samsung user and this is making me reevaluate my phone choice! I have had my Note 5 for about 3 months and now i cant register because no one told me about this clause!

Got my Note 4 today through a contract upgrade. Installed the app just to receive a message saying the warrenty on this device has expired and I need to send proof of purshase (that I do not have as this was an upgrade). Thought this was to good to be true.

I dropped my phone and when I took it to a repair center I was told because I bought the device in Europe it's not covered for ADH warranty in South Africa. Even though it's a valid Device that's literally one week old. I have never felt so ripped off

The application says that my warranty on this device has expired, yet I bought the phone cash less than 1 year ago? Please correct this Samsung. I have always rated your services highly, don't let me change that.

Best service ever. My screen damaged phone was picked up via courier, i got a lone phone and my phone was fixed without any fuss. Great job samsung ♡

I don't get why the 30 day rule is not communicated on purchase. It's ridiculous. Bought my phone two months ago, the first device heated up and I was given a new handset. Low and behold I forgot to download this dumb app again and assumed being registered is enough! Really annoyed

Recently claimed a screen damage for my S5 immediately they came to collect my phone and issued me with a similar loan phone it took about two weeks and I got my phone back, they went beyond just fixing my screen they fixed all the dents and scratches to my phone now it looks brand new

I cant register my Note 5. I get a error message stating my email address does not match the device. I had no issues with ADH when i registered my Note 3. Please assist.

I tried downloading today only for it to say "Sorry you are not in the region of which this device was allocated".4 Kindly help. My Fiance uses a Galaxy S5 on Telkom mobile and didn't have a problem doing it today.

Works well if you have an S4 orS5 but good forbid you buy a better phone.. upgrade to a better phone and get less benefits.. took my note 4 in for water damage to be told you only get a screen but had a kept my S4 I would have been covered.. in what world does that make sense!!!

What horrible service I received from Samsung adh. My s6 edge plus was taken in for repairs almost 2 months ago and I was given a loan phone with a cracked screen, called to report and they sent another phone with a cracked screen. From then I was the one calling in almost every week to get information regarding my phone. I am still waiting for my phone up to this day and all I've been getting is just lies from the agents there being promised that my phone will be delivered

Just a quick question. I had this App on my previous Note 4 that was lost around April. Is there a possibility that I can get notified when someone is trying to register that handset under their name?

Smashed my S6 edge plus 3 days after getting. Friendly service. Came and picked up my phone, gave me an S6 to borrow. Then delivered the repaired phone a week later. Amazing. I love Samsung. Unfortunately I smashed the loan phone too.

I opened a ticket for my phone's cracked screen and spoke to someone there who requested a proof of purchase, which I promptly sent them. I then got a reply saying they will attend to my ticket in 24 hours. Now it's 5 days later and they sent me a mail saying I should phone them to log a ticket???

My colleague only told me about ADH last month, when I claimed for my free screen, they told me my IMEI # was already used to claim last year September! No investigations were done!!Is the IMEI # easily accessible to claim other people's free screens?? And what is Samsung ADH doing to investigate or prevent this as I assumed that providing proof of purchase/contract prevented fraud and matched the real device owner to their specific IMEI#

I can't seem to log in, it keeps saying user name invalid for the email add. How can I fix it?

I can't register my S7 because the mobile number is still tied to my s6 edge, I still have a free screen repair for the S6.. I don't wanna forfeit that, but I also want to register my S7.. What do I do?
