U guys have outdone your selves. Best app ever. Thank u for looking out for us. I recently got my fone repaired from a bad screen damage and it was simple hustle free and I got my fone back within 2days.

App does not want to open and I was never told about this revise. Got my new Samsung J5 Prime in Nov 2016 3 days later because no one had a cover or screen protector available at the suppliers, my phone was bumped out of my hand and the screen cracked. Why are we not told on sales point about this service and why can't this app open up on my phone.

My S4 were registered by the sales person November 2014. Now I cant log in. Tried to change password but on the Update Login Details page it states the username you have used does not match the one you have on the system. PLEASE HELP.

I can get to the part where you put in your name and surname and so on and then when i press submit it doesn't go anywhere, I've tried pressing the "go" button it doesn't working either. What can i do ???

Really nice to know if I drop my phone that it will be repaired! Lately my screen has started flickering would this cover it aswell if it dies?

Got my S4's screen repaired in less than 30 minutes at Samsung Smart Care.

When i receive OTP code, screen to enter code disappears when i go messages. Then it does not return to OTP entry screen, but starts afresh. No chance to enter code at all.

This is real thing. I dropped my phone and broke the screen. It was repaired for free of which I was charged R 2000 to fix it. Awsome service.

Works like magic, screen was broken and fixed with 90 minutes. Wow

I forgot my username and I don't know what to do

When the app asks for my phone numbers and i click "submit" the app doesn't respond. Please help.

How can i retrieve my username for the app. Have not used the app since my first repair.

Recently I've been unable to open adh on my S4 I9500. Every time I open it, it will load for a long time without even going to the page where I can view my details.

I cant register as I get an error.... Trying to get property of non object.

There are 2 adh downloads and both of them send me the same message after i downloaded them. They both say content unavailable. I'm not too happy about this because i was told by my cell provider that I must download this is app in regards to my new cell contract and that it's urgent that i do. I'm not exactly rich and it's costing me money in data that i need to stretch out. It's very sad that I've wasted my money.

I'm trying to install the app for my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it gives me the following error message (406) After s few attempts I got it installed...

I have NEVER had a problem with my Samsung service... you really do what you say. Have all ready had a new moterboard on my S4 no questions asked.
