FreeSync App

I've never had an app that always failed to open. It's been how long that this app has been broken? I feel like I'm missing a bunch of features on the HM7000, so this is my last time buying a Samsung device when all the "features" are tied to a broken app.

Will not open. It force closes and turns off my bluetooth.

Spent hours trying to get it to work on a Samsung skyrocket with 4.0 with no success. I called Samsung support and was told "Samsung does not support this application." That's odd given that Samsung refers to this app as a feature on the Samsung website advertising the HM600: "Thanks to text-to-speech capabilities offered through the FreeSync Android™ application, you can even customize a variety of handset settings, including caller ID, alarms, and more." I called back the next day just in case the support person was mis-informed but I was told the same thing. How can they get away with advertising this as a product feature? HM6000 was promptly returned and I got a Blueant Q2 that does all the HM6000 would have done (and more) had this program worked with the HM6000.

This app is terrible in general and now it has completely stopped working. It is extremely dissappointing considering the quality of my Samsung Galaxy Note and hm6450 headset which i am trying to connect. Samsung please at least get the app working on android 4+ or else you have really crippled what is otherwise a match made in heaven between my 2 Samsung devices.

HM7000 & Galaxy s2 - cannot utilize this software. No tabs.. NONE OF THE FEATURES WORK. Come on Samsung, this is all WITH YOUR label on it. How about Next update that REALLY fixes problem!?

HM7000 not listed on Play as being supported as it is on company web site. Or is it because of OS? App was updated in April, but only works with android 2.2 and 2.3 !?! Who is still using that and willing to pay this much for a Bluetooth?

Just does not work!. I bought a Samsung hm1700 headset and it advertises freesync functions prominently. Clearly misleading and from three feedback here Samsung must know they are misleading consumers.

DOESN'T WORK ITS A COMPLETE B.S. APP. IT WILL LET YOU INSTALL AND CONNECT BUT WHEN IT GETS TO THE TEXT TO SPEECH (TTS) SCREEN IT WONT LET YOU GET ANY FURTHER. DON'T WASTE YOUR ROOM IN THE STORAGE OF YOUR PHONE.

If u can't maintain it or update it please take it offline n stop marketing it along with your headsets. I bought a Samsung Bluetooth for this and a waste of money. Cannot give a lower rating so.its one star

The app I downloaded doesn't look anything like the pictures portraying it! I can't get to the so-called settings to set up my new Samsung bluetooth headset! I wish I could give it no stars!

Won't even work on Samsung galaxy s blaze. Won't connect. How ironic. Very disappointing Samsung. Can't even get your own software to work with your own hardware. Total fail!!

Exactly what to expect from Samsung! What a waste of time makes me not want to buy any future products from them. Don't waste your time its garbage and does not work. Wish they had a 0 star rating.

Keeps disconnecting, tells me time in 24 hrs and only about a quarter of the time, doesn't do text to speech to read my text and emails. fix problems and I'll give a better rating!!!

Won't connect thru the Samsung app with my galaxy SII T989 and my HM7000 it sounds cool but just doesn't work. Hope it will be fixed

Hm3700 and Samsung galaxy nexus. Won't get passed the setup screen at all. This app really needs updated if it's going to continue to be a selling point on your headsets.

Many devices not supporting waste app

This app just does not do anything on the Galaxy S3. All it does is connect the phone to bluetooth which I can surely just do by going to the Settings menu of the phone. Please fix this app, if it works it can be so useful.

I just bought a new phone HTC EVO 3D with Andriod 4.0.3. This APP won't work with this device. Think about making it available for newer OS. Now I have a worthless bluetooth

tried to listen to music in a meeting and got busted, lost my job, not really, had high hopes when it was working flawlessly for connection and phone features.

I'm running Jelly bean on my nexus and I installed this app to see if it would improve my Samsung headset... Nope it caused my phone to randomly reboot and would not go pass the set up screen

I've got this great Samsung Nexus running ICS and a "compatible" Samsung Bluetooth earpiece and the software doesn't work. Seriously? It's been six months; how about a patch?

it worked on my SII but now it doesn't work on my SIII and I tried it with my HM1700 and 7000 nothing works. Samsung I know you can do better than this fix the app.

Doesn't go beyond the main menu. I spent a couple of hours trying many different methods, but doesn't work at all. I guess the samsung IT develompent guys responsible for this App and Kies should all be updated... Please keep up with the technological revolution and provide support for ICS on Galaxy Note!! Or stop fooling your customers and just decribe the shortlist of equipment with which you have tested the app to ensure that it is compatible...

No tabs, only TTS. Makes bluetooth misbehave and sometimes won't close, will FC or will FC my bluwtooth settings app.

Just bought an HM6450 bluetooth. I connected it with my Galaxy S2. But it's impossible to connect it to FreeSync. It doesn't see it connected. The app needs an update. Please do it fast because there are a lot of unhappy users with HM series bluetooths which cannot be fully used!

Great app if it worked.. I have a galaxy G2 And G3, both devices fail to see headset. Phone bluetooth work but advanced features from the app do not. Too bad as it is a great headset.

Does not get past setup screens. This is really dissapointing as I invested a lot in Samsung hardware.

Works great when it works. but every time i disable bluetooth and re-enable, it fails to launch on connect. It is supposed to connect to the headset automatically and launch. Not happening.

I have the HM7000 and a Galaxy SIII. Nothing works! Please update the app so that it works with ICS and the SIII.

App does not work with galaxy note. Sucks being a Samsung app for a Samsung product that does not work what a waste on the bt headset. Back to my other one.
