Audio Remote

Fantastic option for when I loose the remote to my soundbar, witch is always. I like that when the remote is open I can use my device's volume up and down buttons to adjust the volume with ease. As a Bluetooth program, it works on my device without an IR blaster, and that is just great.

the only thing annoying part is bluetooth turns on automatic and drains battery life. not a perfect app but its alright

It's a good app but it would be cool if there was a option to shuffle songs

I love it it works well with my stereo but I wish I could shuffle my songs & use my playlists.

Can't connect to my sound bar by Bluetooth.the sound bar is connect to the tv by Wi-Fi.not Bluetooth So why can't I connect. Model hk50

This is good versatile app. To all the people saying they can't connect to their soundbar I had to go into the bluetooth mode through the source list the first time I connected to my HW-K450 soundbar and S6 and 2 other devices. Once you have made the initial connection it will find the soundbar without going to into bluetooth mode through the source menu. If you leave the app running in the background on your phone/tablet then whatever you play through your device will play through the soundbar.

I have a Samsung Giga sound system and thought it should be most logical to be abale to control my system with my Samsung Note5. Well it does not work. streaming music through Bluetooth works flawlessly but i would have liked to be able to control the Giga's volume and change input source or at least be able to turn it on and off with my Samsung phone...I have tried several apps and none of them work. come on Samsung fix this. for a system that cost $1,500 the Giga and a phone thats premium this is sad.

(I have a Samsung note 4, Samsung soundbar hw-j450 and a Sony KDL-42ex440) The only gripe I have about this app is that, it doesn't have all of the same buttons as the physical remote. The remote is missing the Sound Control, Auto Power and Repeat buttons. I use this app for streaming music, turning the volume down when my kids get on and when I can't find the actual remote. I love this app other than missing some functionality.

I have the hwj37 and the s6. Never have any problems with connection between the two. I know that some people complained of subs and speakers not workin but you have to read the directions for you surround system.. the equipment sometimes doesn't automatically pair and you have to do it manually.. this app actually allows me to do certain things the remote doesn't even do... I love this app... especially considering I am ALWAYS losing my remote.

I just bought a floor model Sammy sound bar w/wireless sub. This app works well with it. You can turn on the unit with the app. The app is a combination music player and remote. It only shows songs by title or folder. Wish it showed playlists too. The sound bar is pretty good, with a great subwoofer.

Doesn't work with my MX-J630 when pairing with my Sony Xperia Z2. Samsung support are absolutely useless passing me from pillar to post. Samsung multi room support who provide assistance for this app haven't had the decency to get back to me. Sort it out Samsung!

Functionality is great and we love that the volume rocker on our tablet works for the tv volume. The only annoying thing is that since our sound bar is set to turn off automatically (linked with our tv) every time we turn it back on we have to re-connect our tablet to the sound bar in order for it to work. Other than that, works great!

needs a lot of improvements 1st able to work with diferents stream apps 2nd needs to be faster. 3rt needs to be easier to use. 4th needs to silence notifications. i just bought a soundbar k450 k series please improve this app asap

Application is difficult to navigate. You can turn off the power to the sound bar but then you can't turn it back on. When I turned off the power the app froze while loading something. Has good potential but needs refining. I ordered a Harmony remote so that I could control the Soundbar and control the Vizio TV. The sound bar itself really needs to respond to other remote controls.

I've got the latest Samsung phone (S7 Edge) and the HW7500 soundbar, so you'd have thought there would be no problem running this. Wrong. Soundbar is invisible to the phone. As usual, Samsung make awesome hardware but worthless software.

Tried to use this since it is what's in the manual of the soundbar hwj450 and can never find the device. If I connect through Bluetooth, it works fine. I also have issues with the multiroom app, which can't connect the soundbar to the network. So, basically, none of Samsung apps work with me.

It works ok with my sound bar, but I can't help thinking it's a bit pointless. The remote that comes with my sound bar does the same thing without taking space up on my phone!

Thos crap remote only works one out of 10 times... have a brand new supported sound bar from samsung.

I dont use an app that the audio remote can access or control. (I use Google music). My complaint is that I keep my phone ringer on mute so the music is not interrupted. I use my gear s2 classic to notify me of messages and emails etc. Why is there no way to keep the app from turning my ringer on. Every time I open and close the app my ringer is on. Please create a setting for this. I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint.

Pair up with your Soundbar with Bluetooth first , before using this app. I finally got it to work...with my Samsung HW-K550 soundbar. I, like alot of the other reviewers tried to connect to the soundbar with this app and bluetooth turned on, but it CAN NOT find the soundbar. This was from 3 different Android devices (Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70). But as soon as I bluetooth paired from each device first, the app on each device found the soundbar and works as a remote control. I haven't quite figured out how to control the Subwoofer volume yet from the app. When I press the WOOFER button, the soundbar displays SW 0, but I can't change the subwoofer value from the app....so that doesn't work intuitively.

Unable to connect to my Samsung d450 BLUETOOTH sound bar and sub, blue light flashes on system to connect new Bluetooth device but app doesn't find system. Any help please? Update - downloaded Any Remote app and it works great, literally took 30 seconds to set up.

Tried to connect it to my Samsung HW-H450 from my Note 5. No luck. Phone connects to it fine out of app, but won't find the soundbar in app. So disappointed.

When i first downloaded the app after buying my mini giga cd, it worked perfectly, now it says incorect pin or password, please help, i cant stream songs from my samsung galaxy A3 now

It was working fine before this last updated was installed now it doesn't work on samsung galaxy s6 this app it will not connect to my Samsung radio but I can connect using the Bluetooth but I can't control the the radio using Bluetooth need the app put back to the last updated

Doesn't work with my Giga shelf system, stop trying to reinvent Simplicity. I'd much rather just have an auxiliary input.

Doesn't work at all with my LG G5. Terrible. Doesn't play music or even adjust volume. Pointless. Probably will return the sound bar. #cyberFail

Doesn't work with android version 6+ have tried with Nexus 5 ,Nexus 6P and galaxy S6 as sound bar isn't visible when searching but all can Bluethooth pair and stream music to Samsung sound bar

This app sucks. Keeps disconnecting the Bluetooth. Now won't open and do anything. I can get it to restart or function at all. I have a Samsung phone. I don't get why it won't work.

Uninstall, reinstall, power off both devices, restart both, ensure bluetooth is on, standing right next to it and now it works fine... UPDATE: Works again. Dev, please make next version with fast mute/unmute available from syst drop-down notification menu/window. Thanks.

SAMSUNG WHERE THE HELL IS MY 5.0 UPDATE FOR MY NOTE 10.1? NO APPS ARE NOT WORKING RIGHT AND ITS A MESS. I DON'T SPEND THIS MUCH MONEY ON A DEVICE JUST TO BE BOOTED AND FORGOT. Never purchase Samsung again

My usb drive on samsung mxj630 can't work with this apps.. But tuner aux etc its fine

When you can't find your mini remote its a good back-up & a quick use when your already using your phone.

Useless app. And it take _5min_ to pair it with a phone. Restarted several times BOTH devices... until it start working. No pin code for pairing - wtf?!!!

It works but it lags a lot.. I have to hit the button 2 or 3 times before it actually does anything.. other than that, I like the app

I did notice that if your Galaxy 7(that's what I have) is on silent if you turn the volume up on this app it also turns the volume up on your phone. Like your ring tone will go up or down. The subwoofer button does not do anything either but I'm not sure if that is just for my model or not. There should also be a comment/recommendation or report option to allow people to notify errors.

Has no other features than the actual remote I got with the soundbar and the remote doesn't take 45 seconds to start working, also not compatible with streaming music, crap
