Wireless Audio-Multiroom (Tab)

Mostly ok, but occasionally I have trouble connecting to server and/or drops the connection to one of my speakers. I'm hesitant to build a whole ecosystem around this, as was my plan. Samsung - please keep investing in this software as this is an important after sales service issue.

I can't believe that this app and the entire system still sucks Tonald Trump's bigly small balls. It has been years since the system came out and it is still as unstable as it was at the beginning. I have 3 speakers and the hub. Every day, several times a day, I have to unmute 2 of the 3 speakers because they keep muting themselves. When that doesn't work, I have to reset the hub. Where is Google Music support? Seriously. Just add it already you cheap bastards. In conclusion, buy Sonos and don't even consider these multi billion dollar joker's who can't get their product right after years of trying. On the bright side, and why I gave it one star, it hasn't exploded yet. That's worth the star for sure.

Brilliant. I use it to play nas content on my vintage sound system. Sometimes it stops playing during a six hours playlist but I accept that. The manual is not always clear. Connecting to the 5G WiFi is definitely different from the procedure in the manual.

Great system, app works well once you get used to it. Shame it doesnt remeber device group settings though.

Why no support for Google play music? Almost has everything but that. Will happily change to a 5 star if updated

haven't used app to full capability but have easy control of both speakers with virtually no issue.. covers basic functions perfectly!

This software, and it's associated hardware is extremely unreliable. The speakers loose connection frequently. The software will often lockup. The biggest issue is that you cannot have a stereo connection without using WiFi, and you can't use WiFi without a active Internet connection. This I presume is so Samsung can easvdrop on your listening prefrances.

Fix connection issues, what rubbish. There is a fundemental issue with Samsung speakers that is not going to be fixed with software. Samsung should offer a full refund and an apology to all purchsaers of Samsung wireless speakers, Their smart TVs arn't far behind. Give up on this company buy an I ther brand.

Speakers and App work great, I would like more smaller volume increments. The only let down is the lack of services. Needs Google Play music support for 5 star - especially when it was the Samsung recommendation at the close of Milk Music.

Again Samsung can't get it right. Half baked apps, and wireless products not properly tested rushed througt the door trying to catch up with SERIOUS competitors like SONOS. This app and their PC desktop version are not working properly. Or its losing connection after a couple of minutes streaming or is a speaker losing connection when you have more than one speaker setup. Frustrated with their lack of response. Tech support useless. Better browse the web forums where other users are doing the proper debugging work trying to find a solution to connection dropping issues. Waiting for a firmware update on my 3D TV to be able to pair more than one multiroom speaker. Legacy products like my TV with SoundShare feature are not compatible pairing or grouping them. Buy SONOS like me .

The speaker I bought works like a champ with this app! I believe the hearing impaired could use this app to understand their answering machine/phone calls better than the mechanical sounds from their speciality phones to help them with the calls.

This version seems to be a big improvement over earlier version. Could use more easily available documentation, since it isn't real intuitive. Online documentation is good, but hard to find.

Over 2 painful years of frustration. Why did I believe that eventually this multi room system would even come close to being reliable. A complete disaster. Wow such potential yet a huge failure

This app loses contact with my speakers every day. It is a real hit and miss affair to get it reconnected. Lucky my desktop PC seems to remain in contact with the speakers so I can be playing music but the app reckons the router or the speakers need rebooting. Samsung support is absolutely terrible. Not recommended.

Frightening what Samsung is willing to release with their corporate name on the app. If one were able to award this app "5-flying-POS" awards, this app would be the undisputed champ! Worse yet; you paid the same for this junk as you might have for Amazon's equipment.. I'll never buy hardware from Samsung again.

Disappointed that speaker is only controllable via this app and not via uPnP control points. App's OK but has some frustrating features (like the sleep timer that has to manually set via a "spinbox" every use rather than a simple 15/30/45/66 in dropdown). Looking at other reviews, it appears Samsung doesn't give a toss about user feedback so I don't expect anything to improve anytime soon...

Considering the price of speakers and soundboard this app is a total let down. I'm not used to such inferior quality from Samsung.

Disappointing... Knowing Samsung product quality I was expecting a lot more from this app. Bottom line is it works but to me it limiting on so many levels. For one, I can't connect to any of my music streaming services like Google Play Music. A HUGE FAIL SINCE I WAS INFORMED BY SAMSUNG SALESMAN WHEN I BOUGHT OVER A $1000.00 WORTH OF SPEAKERS THAT IT WOULD STREAM WITHIN APP APP works without major issues other than odd disconnection to speakers. Would be nice to have ability to manage music services used by the app. Another limitation is grouping. Once a speaker is Groupe it can't be used on its own or within another group. It would be nice to have ability to create multiple groups using different speakers. All in all, app works but for a company like Samsung, this app fails to deliver on expectations.

Some of the 5 speakers on the group goes muted by itself. I have to volume up or down app to unmute them.

Very frustrating. Previous version worked. This one doesn't. When are you going to fix it Samsung?

Was working until the latest version. Now it crashes every time I try to run it.
