Refresh Customization

I found this through a Sprint community forum. This finally fixed my issue of the Sprint Zone app disappearing and voicemail icon always staying on after I transferred to a new S7. Thank you!

Returned Sprint Zone for approximately one minute and then it vanished. I NEED Sprint Zone.

Another Samsung software POS!!! Their software developers are among the worst on the planet. They don't get it. This software was developed as a patch for a recent update Samsung issued that removed features from Samsung devices such as the Roaming Settings. This app does restore the Roaming settings as we as a few additional fixes. HOWEVER, it will completely destroy your user interface. If you're like me and have spent hours creating the interface and organization that you want and are used to, after applying this patch, you won't recognize your phone! Be ready to spend HOURS getting it back to the way you want it. Samsung software developers are the same people that took a great Contacts app developed by Google and inserted significant syncing bugs (such as truncating the Contacts NOTES field to about 300 characters). If you create a note on another device that is larger than Samsung's limit, you lose that data when your contacts sync on your phone. Samsung has been aware of this bug for at least 7 years and they literally call it a feature. Samsung makes great hardware. They should fire their software development team.

I downloaded because I was told it would bring my sprint zone app back from the hard restart that the tech did that apparently never should have been done in the first place !!! And low and behold IT DIDN'T WORK

This one works for me in a Samsung Note 3 and I'm very recommended. This application bring me back the Sprint Zone App and all functions. Thanks a lot to the person who created it.

This app is great i lost sprint zone app and when i download this app and did the refresh it brought it back on my screen love it i was so happy.

My note 4 was missing wifi calling. This app fixed it and brought it back. It did not delete all my data or reset my phone, not sure why so many others had that happen but it didn't happen to me.

Didn't work for me i tried it and my roaming settings still didn't come back

Lost all my photos when I accidentally ran it..

Restored my phone and lost sprint zone, but with this app got it back. Does restore phone while adding sprint zone. Like having a new phone. Google play had my list so easily got apps that i needed back without remembering them.

Lost the ability to update prl and profile, and was constantly having hands free activation constantly poping up. This fixed all that!

Here Samsung goes fixing another one of Sprints issues. Even though it was Google that launched the new Operating System, Sprint should've been prepared for the update. Sprint is a bad service, I can't wait to leave them and go to someone else.

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and had lost the Sprint Zone app,I installed this app and ran option 1 after the reboot Sprint Zone was back and working.

It worked on my Galaxy S5. Lost spark. This app brought everything back including better signal

Works as advertised

This was the solution I needed to restore several apps and a few bugs caused from upgrading to 4.4.2 such as having Sprint Zone even though I'm with Virgin Mobile. This worked like a charm, but be warned it will factory reset your device so make a backup of all your data. Also, will not work with rooted/rom phones.

This POS app will completely wipe your phone without warning or option to decline! Just happen to me.

This app does not refresh anything...it resets everything. I wish I had known that before someone told me to run it.

After updating my s3 to kit Kat 4.4 I lost boost zone. Downloaded this & tried it. Phone rebooted & boom it's back. Thank you. :)

Option 1 will reset your device storage and phone!

Installed to fix the glitchiness of KitKat 4.4.2 pushed by Sprint. It fixed the glitches by factory resetting my phone.

Fixed my wifi hotspot.

Thank goodness! I have a new Samsung 4s/Sprint and lost my Internet and sprint zone suddenly. Read about this app in sprint community and it fixed it!!! No problems after that. Wish they would fix this glitch so we wouldn't need this app.

I Was told that this would restore Sprint zone to my rooted and rommed s4. It did not. All this did was factory reset my phone back to day one. I lost everything.

Shame on Sprint for releasing an update that messes up their customers connectivity, and then leaving it up to us to research and find this fix. It worked fine, all my data and apps were secure and only my home screens were reset. Sprint Zone is back and so is my LTE connection, but that does not mean that this is an acceptable fix for a problem that's been known for months. Customer service at Sprint has gone from a ten to a zero, I can rarely even reach a human anymore.. Had to find this app on my own.
