Smart Air Conditioner

Because of this app my ACs are turning on by them selves. And there's nothing you can do about it, except to put an off timer 1 minute after the time they turn on on their own. Also, In-home function almost never finds the ACs and you have to use Out-of-home which asks for password every god damn time!

Used to work fine on my old Galaxy S4 and a Galaxy S5 but the Out-of-home function will not work on my Galaxy S8. At first Samsung account kept closing after agreeing to terms. Now it just freezes. In-home works but I have the remote for that.

Garbage... why can't just have a normal wireless with an ip and a Web based interface? Set a static IP on the air con foward the right port on the router and all done.. useless. .

I've been using this app for some time with no major issues. However, the out of home button stopped working recently. As there have not been any recent app updates, I believe this to be a backend issue. Please fix as this is the reason I picked Samsung over other brands. UPDATE: out of home issue appears to be resolved with latest version.

This app is useless, worked fine up until I had to replace my modem. Have rang Samsung numerous times and they never call back. Complete waste of time

Out-of-home doesn't work on 1.2.81 :( It says after login and connecting: "Control failed." Don't know what to do. I installed older versions (80,78) but cannot even pass login screen. Anyone willing to help here?

OMG it finally works. 2 years of frustration and rarely working. Now it works . Setting up only took about 3 seconds for each A/C.

Out of home not working. Stuck on the terms of condition after agreeing, it goes back to main page and frozen. Stuck in this loop for out of home. The in-home works fine.

No OnePlus 5 support, have tried with HTC.. Works well... Bit laggy but does the job.

Great app once I got it working. Little bit fiddly setting it up but all good now. Just wish I could turn off the AC front panel display from the app instead of using the remote control.

UPDATE: Out of home fixed in the latest version.(Out of home doesn't work on Galaxy S8. After accepting "Terms and Conditions", nothing happens.)

Will not work on any of my samsung aircons. 27/9 still not working and when u start to pair with the aircon it kicks you off the wifi network.

After I agree to term app freezes. This is a problem from an year ago and it's not fixed till now.

In home functions works fine ,but while trying out of home its asking to register the product that the real head ache , am from carribean islands and my country isnt in the listed countries , real trouble i could not able register my device , calling tons of customer care executives no answers yet , frustrating

Everything works except won't login to samsung so can control in home but can't control out of home which makes it absolutely useless . EDIT out of home function now appears to be working not sure why everyone else has to login every time mine never asks

Ok. Worked fine from Nov 2016 to middle of Dec 2016. Then the out-of-home stopped working. The one and only function that's really needed in the app in order to control my winter cottage. No help from support, blamed it on my network which worked exactly as before. Then since app update last week it works again so yeah, it was Samsungs fault all along. What's new section in app states : "Improved Out-of-home function". You could say it's improvement when you first destroy something that is working and later fix it again. Needless to say I'm not convinced that Samsung developers have any clue of what they are doing. The support knows nothing, could have said or even printed on homepage that they knew about the problem and were about to release a fix in the app. But no information whatsoever which resulted in hours of investigation on my own to rule out faults on my side. It's funny that you get less help when you buy something from Samsung for 2500 $ comparing to if you buy one of their phones for 250 $. At least my AC has not exploded. Yet. Shame Samsung, shame.

Now working as it did previously now Out Of Home access has been fixed with the latest update. Also thank you to the Samsung support staff who listened and fully documented the problem I raised then raised it to level 3.

Samsung Galaxy s8+...Fail to sign on OUT-OF-HOME. Unknown issue. Tried to uninstalled, but still will not load out-of-HOME . Also app shut down on TIMER tab issue

After 2-weeks not working, 3 long phone calls to Samsung support, deleting app, reinstalling app, reregistring on samsung website now an updated App has fixed the OUT OF HOME function. Great stuff, great function.

Come on guys, out of home has been broken for ages, it's unusable, please fix.

Generic! I want to set the AC on auto and have it on quiet at night when I'm sleeping. It would be nice to not have to change the settings for night and day. Also, there are not to many options for "my wind" the settings are very generic.

Out of Home crashes on galaxy s8 - in home works. Tried everything re- installed clear cache and storage. Disappointing...

It works quite slowly, is not a great app, If I was samsung I'd try to improve it (but least works)

Out of home option is not working on S8+. App crashes after accepting terms and conditions.

No visible update of the out of home functions. Still the same features...

Love this AC unit and app! I use it in a detached fitness shed. I turn the AC on when I am 15 minutes from home and all is perfect by the time I get home for a good workout.

Please update it to make it work with Samsung S8 (out of home not working)

All other trademarks are giving easier way to control their A/Cs. Why this should be so complicated here?
