I really like Samsung. I cannot ever see myself switching. Thank you Samsung for all the great devices and tips and pointers. You all are great!!!!!!!

Note 5 and these tips are showing me a few tricks I didn't know. Definitely helpful.

Useless , unwanted app. Cant even get rid of it

The only thing i really dont like is haveing passwords to go into google samsung microsoft etc.

The forum sucks. Hard to navigate, bad advice. Everything else is okay.

Thanks for this app it taught me something I didn't know I was trying to figure out why my phone kept dying fast and I didn't know I couldn't fully charge it to 100% amongst other things

It is very useful and I love to talk to a person and not a machine. Really love this service. Samsung you are the best.

I use to o my use iPhones because I have a MacBook pro for music engineering but after getting this galaxy s7 edge when it came out I fell in love with it from now on Samsung android in my pocket and my Mac in my back pack.

O6/15/17: I wrote a text late and wanted to schedule it to be sent in the morning, not tonight. That option is no longer available. 6/10/17: What is really frustrating now is that my battery drains fast. I used to be able to restrict background data. Now I can't find that option. Was great before last update.... I did both the software and Samsung updates today. I'm not sure which one changed where and how every feature is located and appears. I can't find my stuff I use and change daily. It took a swipe and a tap to change my screen brightness, for example. Now I have to go through 3 or more steps to do this or other things. Why do the developers try to fix stuff which isn't broken??

I had the old note 4 which I love but wanted to upgrade to this new galaxy s8+. This phone is amazing love that I can add storage up to 256g. There is so much stuff on this phone that I can do. The free theme and wall paper are cool. The samsung health helps me keep track of my activity and water intake. I can't wait for the Bixby voice. Overall a great phone.

Family & friends knew me as the iPhone lover. Who would never look at another phone. A T-Mobile manager insist that I just look at the Samsung S6. Needless to say I left with a Samsung Galaxy S6+, and now have the S8 and both Samsung Oculus & Oculus Rift. I tell them I would never go back to iphone,after all my phone accomplish more and I'm just in love. Thanks so much Samsung. I would love to make a commercial for you guys. I would be a perfect spokeswoman.

The customer service I received from Edward if that's his real name was horrible. He didn't try to help me with my issue, it's like he was ready to say no from the moment we started speaking. He didn't want to transfer me to a supervisor and when he finally did, I'm not even sure if the person I spoke to (Richard) was an actual supervisor.

I had no idea how much my S8+ is capable of - this app has made my use of it smarter, more efficient, and time-saving. With so many features and options, this app is a must have to start exploring all the powerful features and one of a kind things it can do. Get it and use it! You'll thank yourself. ☺️

Great app for great phones. I have been using this app since my S6 edge days. Now I am having an S8. However, the Diagnostics option is not there any more on my S8 G950U1 (US unlocked variant) Anyone knows how I can get it back? Is there an option I need to enable to have Diagnostics back?

This has always been a very helpful app when I had a S5 but, now that I own a S8+ I'm always referencing back to this app.lol There's a lot going on my S8+ that I need a whole lot of insight on. So I would really recommend this app for any Samsung user. Trust me you wont be sorry that you put it on your phone.

Great concept but Samsung provides very little support on any post. You're more likely to get a reply from a fellow consumer and at that point you're better finding a forum online with people who know what they're talking about. Waste of an app.

I've loved my Galaxy S5 from day 1 and now love it even more. Thanks to Samsung+, I'm learning tips, tricks and about device features that I didn't even know existed. Samsung+ is extremely useful, user-friendly and FUN. Thank you, Samsung. You rule! ❤️

I have Verizon and they have complete control over our phones. Stop letting them water down our phones. After paying $800 for the latest model Samsung Galaxy, a lot of settings are unavailable to use.

Click on the email button and it takes me to the "rate us" screen. Conceited bast Ardsley, want me to rate before you help me? You rate a "YOU SUCK" and I bet I still won't get help.

So many things you would NEVER know your phone could do WITHOUT this app. Explains HOW to do things that you are aware of. Just a very helpful app you should NOT be without.

I really enjoy Samsung+ I'm constantly trying to find new things about my phone and keeping it secure from being hacked. This app is very helpful. Everyone should down it

I like that it watches for things I could do better but sometimes it causes problems. It suggested Messenger was using too much battery or something of that nature and I trusted Samsung+ app and followed its suggestion. Now Messenger is constantly sending a popup notification that it has stoppeded and I have no clue how to fix it

Lovin it works great takes away a lot of stresses I'm trying to figure out how to do things because it doesn't for you

Can't beat it. I don't of any other suppliers of phones who have this option. I love being able to talk to a knowledgeable, friendly assistant at any time of the day. Thank you Samsung
