Muse Sync for Android
Doesn't sync my Muse with the A5 2016 phone, only good for showing which songs frome my phone are stored in the player's memory. Well, the cable works, and I can still fairly well manually copy my music and what not to the Muse through basic file manager... but I wish this app were as reliable as the player itself =/
I installed the muse app to get the songs in my nexus 5 transferred to Muse. but after connecting, muse was not getting connected. Status was 'Muse not connected'. un-installed the app..
Won't function properly
Well apparently the muse only works with s3 and note 2 and isn't compatible with any of the newer phones. Disappointing. .
Tha dam thing wont work for my galaxy prevail
It's okay. I just got my muse sync mp3 player last year and installed the app and it works okay. The thing it needs is a big time update and Playlist support. Fix this please and I will give it 5 stars! Thank you for your time.
It's ok I guess

Really suffers from not having a play list option.
I bought this for a friend who enjoyed my music. I downloaded my songs onto this. Little did I know it transferred all of my personal info of my phone onto this WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND KNOWLEDGE! My pictures, notes, voice recordings, everything. He mentioned saw it on his pc and gave it back so I can modify it. Using this app of course because it all shows up now, I deleted all my personal embarrassing data but no it deleted it off my phone for good. Now all my three years of personal storage is gone!
Sent mine back. Doesn't sync all music on S3 and no playlist support. Potentiak to be a big hit with fitness enthusiasts but as it is today not so much. Also...very limited support from Samsung. Not sure when or how my purchase will be credited back, and was transferred 4 times when I called to explain I needed to return the product.
How come it doesnt work on connect on sync
Function was easy to use

Wont find all music on my phone
Only using it twice a month, so it's great!, works good with my s5.
Terrible it will not sync with my phone at all.... smh i brought this device so i can run without my cell.... smh im pretty upset this application isnt working correctly. ...
Works perfect with s5 and very easy to use. Love it
It works on S4! Nice!!!

Only shows a few songs and a bunch of ringtones. No artists no albums. Fix this already please. Granted I just loaded it up from my computer, but it says it syncs to my phone so WTF!
Better sorting would be nice, but a surprise benefit is that it seems to double as USB mass storage.
Note 3, works like a charm! I took a chance! And it works! Perfect! App syncs well if your alright with browsing songs by search and alphabetical order
I have galaxy mega wont sync...
how do I know the level of charge?
Galaxy player doesn't recognize muse while it's connected. Unfortunate.
Perfect.
Flack

The app works reasonably well. The HUGE problem is there is no playlist support. So fill it with one big 4gig "playlist". The app itself has a few querks, but are managable. If Samsung does not support playlist functionality in the future, I'll dump this unit for an iPod. It sickens me to see a future with iTunes, but 4 gig with no playlist ability is pretty dumb, IMHO that is.
My Note 2's playlists should be able to sync to the muse. It should be a one-click operation in app. Please fix Samsung!
Like others it should have the ability to save playlists. Not all my songs are showing up on the Muse
Sync and play is great. But MANY of my albums are missing.
Yo, when are we going to see updates? Do I need to contact Samsung?
My remarks echo those of many others; IT NEEDS PLAYLIST SUPPORT! Also, on my Galaxy S III, the app fails to show all the music available on my memory card. I'm estimating that it's only showing about half the music I have. Please, Samsung: if you're going to do this, at least do it right. Do that and I'll gladly amend my review.
Samsung... Listen up. This is a nice little device and it's great that I can sync directly from my s3. Here is my issue and it's a big one. I can only add tracks, albums or artists but there is no sorting for tracks as a sub category to artists. This is a huge pain if I only want to add certain songs from an artist! Please update this. I was disappointed enough when I realized the muse isn't bluetooth capable.
Junk, I cannot sync with my note 2 it won't connect. I tried contacting Samsung the put me on hold for 45 minutes one time and an hour the next then transferred me to the wrong department! The employees cant speak English. I can't even return this junk until I get a hold of someone.
