Gear S2 Experience

Old gear apps were good. Now my galaxy J7 cannot connect to my gear S2 classic watch. Old versions of the app were good. Why now it shows not supported device?? Before it was supporting. Why are you cheating by upgrading u r apps? If this continues samsung will lose its business soon. For the Past 10 years i am using samsung. Now it's no more samsung.

Got my Gear S2 yesterday on the AT&T promotion. I absolutely love this thing. It is comfortable. The Auto on function when you turn your wrist to view the screen is brilliant. Great apps just wish there were a few more note apps. Great product!

Absolutely useless. Wantedto learn more about the gear s2 but just a crappyuselessapp. Try it if you're bored

What's going on Samsung. I can't use my Mate 9 mobile with my Gear S3 watch? You're loosing customers and stores are facing heavy returns. What a shame and what a waste.

Misleading as heck...the developer should have said that this is a guide instead of making it seem like it's an app that can sync to your Gear 2...therefore only getting 1 star

This is a good idea if you are researching the apps and functionality of an s2. The app is a little cumbersome, but you will get a good idea of what the smart watch is like.

I thought this app would show me how to.use my gear but that's a negative. This was just a brochure

This app serves no purpose nor give any helpful advice about how to manage the watch with the device!

Please spell experience right in the app so i can give 5 stars!

The most pointless waste of bandwidth ever - pure adware

Looks like after this new update things are connected. Will update in the near future.

What a disappointment. I thought they had come out with a better gear application. This application should be labeled more clearly as an advertisement. While they 'technically' didn't lie, as a gear 2 owner I feel this application is misleading and a waste of time.

I have had no issues with my Gear S2 or any of the apps abilities or details. I use this with my Samsung Note 3, I have not had any issues with the relationship between the two devices, with updates, installing software or transferring any app information on my end. This is a purchase I am glad i made, still checking for any dislikes.

Extremely uninformative. Same as the website. I have found zero information on the S2 that makes me want to buy. I can't find a complete features list. Between the website and reviews, I get a lot of contradicting information.

The watch has issues. My Led light went black three weeks In. The worst experience ever was trying to communicate with Samsung technical support since anyone hardly speaks English. I'm gonna be going back to Apple products again in the near future. I can't deal with the aggravation again.

I have purchased and used since February 2016. Number Sync will start...then turn itself off with no warning. I continually muss phone calls and texts. My husband has an iwatch, it works perfectly. I picked the wrong device...I hate it, Samsung said...they don't care, they cannot fix.

But I blew a shut load of money trying at their advice...with less company now I have a phone I do not need and a watch that is 100 percent useless not even one native watch face. Ugh frustrated a robbed...that's me thanks samsung I'll never buy from you ever again

I'm not a huge fan of apple, but their watch does ten times as much as this one. This app is crap, and the watch is mediocre at best. All 5 star ratings on here are fakes or liars. If you buy one of these watches, don't get you hopes up and keep the receipt.

But this "app" is nothing more than an ad for the watch. It serves no practical purpose.

Disappointed not enough watch faces. I had a motor 360 and the android watch faces were awesome! Very disappointed

I like my Gear S2 Classic, but this app is nothing more than an attempt at an interactive advertising "experience". Went through it and Uninstalled.

So far a positive experience. Battery life is limited to one day, although others have experienced longer. Voice activation comes on at odd times. Otherwise, I would have given higher rating

The app flowed and operated very nicely. However, the meat and potatoes I was expecting is simply not here in terms of leaning how to better operate the Gear S2.

Note 4, gear s2 classic and samsung level u headphones.. just hope I don't get mugged walking down the street

Is it just me or does the S2 not have Samsung Pay yet (as advertised)? I love this watch, but I can't find the app anywhere for it.

My samsung gear s2 is so awesome I have issues with mine battery life a Lil work needed but other then that it perfect love the model... ;)

High ratings are for the actual watch. Not this ridiculous advertisement app.

Would have liked to see more of the interface, settings and especially some idea of how different apps work, but a pretty good overview that answered some questions.

DO NOT BUY A GEAR S2 UNTIL SAMSUNG FIXES THE ISSUES WITH NO TEXT NOTIFICATIONS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO INSTALL STUFF TO THE GEAR S2!!

It's cool and amazing apps,try it and you will love it. A smashing technology indeed kudos Samsung technology

The watch looks great functions ok but scratches super easy buyer beware most likely returning the watch due to poor quality build

What is this trash for? Just for adds, no more. Useless and needless. Nothing to do with gears themselvs.

I don't understand why anyone would want this watch. The Web site and apps fall short as well. A waste of money and time.

I was wanting the app to go through everything about the various watches but found this app not worth downloading.

I would give this a ZERO if I could! Had a calculator when I first got my Gear Classic, then after s light reset you took the calculator app! Give me back the calculator and you get 10 stars!

I have the Samsung j7 phone and my samsung s2 is the responding on either devices I've been trying for many hours both device are samsumg and it does not link with each other it Christmas and my birthday today and I'm not happy at this moment if I have to rates at this moment my rate is -0.......
