For those having issues with this app.... try logging onto the web based mysamsung page.... update all details including phone details.... then try the app again. App worked fine for me once I updated my details through the web page.

mySamsung doesn't allow to register my S8 saying some Country mismatch error. But I have already registered my S6 & S7 where country wasn't a problem at all.

Edit: As per 1 other user mentioned, the login prompt bug is fixed by updating the profile on web based mysamsung app. Samsung should reset the profile during login for everyone in this case.

Idk how to log in, it asked permission to do some phone thingy and overlay stuff. I don't understand. Please help. Ye! That didnt work! Mine is a samsung c9 pro. All & all good, but there needs some improvements: Firstly, a reminder notification for expiring saved treats would be good. I just found out that I missed a few because I forgot about them. Secondly, more treats for us living in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) would be appreciated. That's it.

I'm using note 3. I reinstall this app almost 10 times and I still can't use it. It stated there's a problem and they're fixing but never been fix. Before this, I use Samsung galaxy app without any problem. After this new app being introduced, I can't use it at all. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

register my phone at 5th of May 2017 on my S8. i got voucher that i can use till 31st of May. but today my registration and voucher has gone. is this samsung priority9 services? i dont think so and now mysamsung application is showing devices that i never own before. hiks!
