Does not remember transaction numbers. Frankly, I don't care for how Samsung conducts its warranty service on appliances. I want to communicate directly with the repair office responding to my issue. All Samsung does is play middleman - not a good service model.

About LOLIPOP 5.0 Everyone was going balistic until they got Lollipop. Almost as bad as Apple Fanboys lining up for days to get latest iPhones. I HATE LOLIPOP! It's terrible. The Contacts Favorites is messed. Touch the circular ikon showing their face & you've dialed the number, waking them up at 3AM when you only wanted to Message or Email them or see Contact screen. Can no longer move Contacts around in Favorites your stuck with picture ikons in Alphabetical Order. Colors look like Nursery School, not 21s

Samsung have the worst customer service in the world. They "repaired" my tv, yet broke it at the same time... then they said that cant fix it cause i am out of warranty. You "fixed" my tv and i called you back within 3 days agter you "fixing" it. YOU HAVE TO REPAIR IT FOR ME CAUSE I AM UNDER THE 30 DAYS REPAIR WARRANTY. yet, they common sense is of a monkey..auughh.. going to sell my note 4 and get an iphone and my VR and, of course, my Samsung TV... going to sell it VERY CHEAP...we are done here Samsung.

Samsung cares only about their bottom line. Everyone with the Note 4 is still waiting for the Theme Engine the SG6 got that Note 4 users still don't have. The lollipop update to the Note 4 looks like clown vomit. The Note 4 should be called SNOT 4. Again, why is Samsung dragging their feet with pushing the touchwiz theme engine update to the Note 4, maybe to push sales of their SG6 and upcoming SNOT5 at the expensive of existing snot owners? Why bother, right? You bought it already, so $crew you.

First the tracking feature in the app did not work. 4 days after they received the device I got a call denying my warranty claim. Nice products but customer support leaves something to be desired. Sorry but I'll be sending my money to another company.

I guess I was hoping for something more. About the only thing I found useful was tracking a repair I had sent in. I feel the app should incorporate user account login info to track repairs. It would also be beneficial for the app to detect which device app is installed on and provide helpful guides, if needed, for that given device.

They will repair my gear again which is what kept it from 1 star... repeat issues that they refuse to do anything other than repair the existing unit. Seems to break every 3 months.. no other, better resolve given..

Samsung is horrible,They are ripping me off with a tablet repair that they claim "was water damage" (since its under warranty this was their diagnosis) returned it to me in pieces when I declined to pay to have repaired,promised me they were fixing,free,changed their mind,offered me a replacement, with a new one for free,now saying I have to pay 150 to get it, Unfortunately the little man cant do anything but scream UNFAIR,LIARS.........

Needed to upload pic and every single time UPLOAD FAILED. On WiFi and cellular data so I know it wasn't on side. I hope my warranty work isn't as bad as this.

Its all good for now: it just take too long for repair 3 to 6 weeks is a long time without a phone, when you get this halfway loner phone, which don't do as much as your original phone would.
